In past years, I bought several pairs of beautiful boots from Duo, with custom calf widths. In the past few years, they have stopped making overknee and other beautiful, modern, stylish boots. They make old-fashioned, boring boots that stop at the fat part of the calf, no platforms, no modern anything. Not worth the investment, sadly.

I purchased Dalia boots. Those are the best! Finally can wear knee high boots with my wide calf. Love it!

I ordered boots on Wednesday, changed my mind about what I wanted as soon as I had ordered, so emailed customer service. Response was almost instant, and I was able to cancel my order and order a different pair. Shipped the same day, and delivered to me in Sydney on Monday. Beautiful quality boots and I just love that for the first time in my life I have a pair of comfortable stylish boots that are exactly what I want. No stretchy fabric inserts, just zips and beautiful suede. Could not be happier!

I made my online order on the Sunday night and they were in my hands on Friday morning in Australia!! I can’t get things from my own state in that timeframe let alone overseas.

Unfortunately I was a little over generous with my calf size and the boots were a little dark in colour for my liking so need to return the pair of boots, but saying that they were an amazing high quality make and pure leather.

The return portal doesn’t allow to swap to a different style but an email to the customer service team was replied with in a timely manner. A couple of emails back and forth with Jessie confirming my replacement boots was sorted within 20 minutes.

When you spend the money buying these boots you expect a good quality product and excellent customer service and Duo Boots ticked both those boxes for me. Highly recommend!

I bought mine in 2014, at the shop off Covent Garden. I treasure them since! They are black with a great_unique_neutral leather lining! Never ever found black boots with such lining! Fit my calves like a glove! Tobacco leather in my next wish to have list!

I love my Duo boots! It’s like having bespoke boots made! The fact that you can have measured calf’s so that they fit and do cut your circulation off or swamp you it’s absolutely fantastic. Very good quality leather and well made boots. I’m so pleased I’ve discovered Duoboots!

The boots are very good quality and fit brilliantly. The leather is beautiful and they feel like they will last for years. They aren’t cheap but they definitely seem to be worth it. I have worn them twice and they didn’t need any breaking in. Wish I’d got them in autumn rather than spring but they’ll get lots of wear next winter. I’m saving up for some other colours.

Had an amazing experience with this company. They are based in london and I’m in the US and they’d still get back to my questions within 12 hours. My boots came and let me tell u… they are PERFEction. I never thought as a big calfed girlie that I’d find beautiful boots like that that would fit me. These are immediate staples in my closet, not to mention they are amazing quality. For size reference, I have 47cm calves and ordered the 47cm boots and they fit perfect /snug.

I bought the Adie Knee Hight Boots in Tan in January, I love them so much that I had to buy them in black. The quality and fit are perfect, they are so comfortable and easy to walk in.

Really fast delivery, and you get a really good fitting pair of quality boots 👢 yes some may think they are quite expensive but you get what you pay for these days and it's well worth paying the extra cos they will last this is my second pair of boots from duo and would definitely recommend. 👍

I absolutely love Duo Boots. I now have three pairs of their knee high boots and they make me feel… not just “normal” but truly fabulous. I am 5’8”, size 12-14, but my calves are too big to wear “regular” boots. Duo boots fit me so well, and I particularly love my Harper (the heel is quite high, but this makes me feel sassy!) as they give a beautiful curve at the ankle and I feel truly elegant. My other two pairs are flat (one brown, one black). They do feel expensive when shelling out but they are worth every penny as they are great quality and just look fabulous.

Picked up a pair in the winter sale and absolutely love them. The quality is fantastic and the sizing /fit is exactly what I was looking for. I look forward to buying from Duo Boots again in the future.

I have been buying DUO boots for about 15 years.

As I have large feet but slim calves they are the only boots I have found to fit, and the quality is just incredible. Thank you and well done DUO :-)

The boots are a fantastic fit, the first pair of knee boots that have ever fitted me perfectly. Amazing service too. I highly recommend duo boots.

I left a one star review with Duo Boots for not being able to use Mastercard and they replied saying it is my issue for using Mastercard or that it is mastercard’s problem for not working on the Duoboots’s website. Either way they say my review is inaccurate.

No, my review is entirely accurate. I cannot use Mastercard on the Duo Boots website. That is a fact. Why that should be is not for me to sort out; it is for Duo Boots to sort out. The fact they blame me for their shortcomings tells me all I need to know about their customer service.

I have wide feet and wide calves and had given up on finding a good quality, well-fitting high calf boot. These are perfect, and comfortable for all the walking I do everyday. I originally bought a pair of the Charlotte boots in black and loved them so much I bought another pair in brown a few weeks later.
