This is my third pair of boots from Duo, and another great purchase!!!

I can’t recommend it enough. The boots fits my calf like a dream, no more walking around malls and towns looking for a pair that fits my skinny legs, honestly I love them.

They are comfortable, soft leather, durable and easy to wear everyday (still look stylish enough that you can go out even with the flat ones).

Customer service is also brilliant and they respond super fast too.

This is my first order with Duo Boots and I am absolutely beyond impressed!

They are utterly perfect in every way! Gorgeous leather, very carefully made, and fit me like a glove! I am stunned! I am truly shocked that I have a pair of essentially custom boots, without ever trying them on in person! I feel like have achieved some kind of ridiculous life-hack! The shoe part is so comfortable, feeling perfectly lovely even on my first wear, and the sole feels really confidently grippy for our UK winters. The leather smells and feels divine, and the zipper and stitching all look perfect. On, they look stunning, and exactly what I wanted (but felt I might never have). I know already that I will be wearing them all the time.

Truly, I had despaired of finding knee-high leather boots which didn’t make me look like a pirate or Puss-in-Boots! I had traipsed around all of the high-street stores, including a higher-mid range store which would have charged me around £500 for a pair of boots, plus an additional £70 to have them altered to fit. I’m sorry, but I wanted to buy boots that fit me properly ‘off the shelf' - especially at that price.

Anyway, I am a *delighted* first-purchase customer and I know exactly where to come for my future boot purchases!

I bought a pair of black boots. When I unwrapped the boots there was damage to the side of one boot. The damage was a white mark probably 2 inches long. When I wrote the company hoping for some sort of refund. They said don’t worry the boot is still intact. It probably happened in transit. This mark clearly did not happen in transit. They offered me 20 dollars in a 411.00 dollars pair of boots. Never again will I order from this company.

I’ve been a long time fan of Duo Boots and recently ordered my first pair of Duo ankle boots. Excellent fit and quality, really love them.

I've been looking for wide calf boots in NYC for a while with no success. These boots are beautiful, comfortable and well made! I will definitely be buying more styles soon! They arrived in only a few days. I had to exchange because I didn't order the correct width, and again it only took a few days to get the new boots. Love them!

I ordered my boots to only recieve a pair that looked like they had already been worn!
I took pictures and provided this to duoboots. To be told they will replace it but I have not recieved any response or attempts at sorting this issue out. I've been emailing, chasing and chat boxing and nothing at all! The most awful customer service and a product just as awful! You would think they would want to resolve an issue they had created but instead I'm having to chase them. I am currently talking to a solicitor and we will be wiring them a notice of action as I plan to take this to the small courts considering they are ignoring my emails.

DuoBoots it is interesting you do not have any email of the issue yet I recieved a response from your team quite quickly after your response. It would be nice to have a company take responsibility than try to blindside their customers!

Th should stop using DPD as their suppliers as DPD lie about delivering items and just drop them to shops what is the point of paying extra for delivery if your supplier is untrusted and they won’t log a complaint wit your customers even though they agree that their driver has been non compliant

I had tried a few well-known High Street retailers but found nothing fitted my Calf size. I wasn't sure what size to order so contacted the team on Chat then ordered a pair of the new Haltham Boots and they are just perfect! A perfect fit and they just look Fab. I paid £5 extra for the speedy delivery and received them the very next morning. Very happy with my purchase.

IGNORE DUO RESPONSE- I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY MONEY BACK.

WARNING!!! This company will not issue a refund and blame Royal Mail for the issues. Ensure you follow up and check every return as the emphasis is on you chasing to ensure you get your money back.

Possibly a way of keeping customers cash? Seems very suspicious to me! Three weeks in and I’m still waiting for my £500! I have spent more than two hours on their ‘bot’ as you cannot speak to a real person.
Their idea of customer service is shocking and having spent hours trying to get my refund for boots which were the wrong size, I am at a loss as to why people would order from them.

At last, a pair of tall boots that fit me! At 5’2” it has been an impossible task trying to source a pair of boots that are not too tall! DuoBoots not only offer 3 height and heel options, but many calf sizes that
enable you to get the perfect fit! They are very comfortable! This is just one step away from having made to measure boots, but a lot cheaper! I also really appreciated the introductory 10% off the purchase price! The boots are good quality, traditional stylish boots for many occasions! Thank you for these lovely boots and a great service to go with it. A perfect buying experience!!

I genuinely love this company so much. I have yet to find another store that makes custom boots that are stylish, comfortable and great quality. Their customer service is great. I’ve reached out on various occasions and every time they’re very personable and happy to assist. They’re investment shoes for sure but definitely worth the price.

SIZE GUIDE IS WRONG
According to Duo boots a UK size 9 is an EU42. This is incorrect, if you look at any other size guide from every major shoe manufacturer a UK size 9 is an EU43. It is an irrefutable fact that a UK side 9 is a EU43. Contacted customer service who was very unhelpful, claimed that because they are an independent company that their size guide isn’t the same. I said that if they are aware their size guide isn’t the norm that they have a responsibility to inform customers. Liza from customer service has stopped replying half way through the conversation, waited 14 minutes for a response so decided to end the chat. An absolutely appalling customer service experience.

I love my boots but they have started to squeak massively. Whenever I wear them, people laugh at me as I walk by (even out in the street) because they are so loud. It's not the leather, it's the sole. So I can't wear them any more - even though they look like they are new.
So disappointed. Especially as they were expensive.

Love the range of sizing options - not found anywhere else. The first pair of knee high boots I've ever tried that fit (I'm 5'2" with 32cm calves). Beautifully well made, comfortable and stylish, and I'm sure they'll last for years.

I ordered boots that arrived quickly beautifully packaged but sadly were too tight in the calf - the returns process was very easy - I was able to generate a free return and an exchange for a different calf width in one go! My exchange arrived today and I am beyond thrilled with my purchase! Beautiful high quality leather and suede boots that are beautifully packaged. The fit is perfect- and they are worth every penny a great investment

The ordering process was easy with good instructions on how to find the right fit for you. The processing and shipping was super fast, I got my boots in Canada in about 5/6 days, but most of all the boots were absolute perfection. I got the Easton boots and they are so beautiful, well constructed and fit perfectly. My problem is a big calf with “normal” size feet. Most wide calf boots are also wide feet which don’t work for me as my foot ends up swimming in the boot. The Easton boot fit just right and I cannot wait to be wearing these all fall and spring!
