Absolute pleasure with Bruno
Absolute pleasure with Bruno. It's so easy to get ripped off in these situations especially as a woman, but I felt very secure. He was kind, very quick and helpful and explained everything through super clearly. With work it's so handy to have a mobile service, overall I'm extremely happy with this company and I'll certainly use again for my next service!

Used Dropless to repair the rear bumper on my wife's car. Their price was great value, they turned up when they said and did a good job on the car.
Terrible experience and Racist comments made
I have just had a shockingly bad experience with the team at Dropless who Axioma arranged who were meant to do the work today. They agreed to come at 11am, provided NO proactive updates and a technician arrived at 3:50pm and says he can not do the job today. When I explained my frustration at the service and lack of updates, he claimed he claimed because I was brown I was talking to him like this and if I was white it would be different. He told me to just call back and rearrange - with no help or assistance.
I am frankly beyond outraged at his comments and the lack of professionalism. To place this in context I work in the C-suite of an international company and am a regulated professional.

Excellent service from start to finish...
This service was excellent from start to finish, after getting an initial quote I paid a deposit and was given a link to book the repair technician. I was kept informed at every stage leading up until the day of the repair. The technician phoned and asked if he could arrive a little early. Daniel was a very pleasant and professional chap and did an excellent repair on my wife's car. I would definitely recommend him and the company and after this experience, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Mobile repair&paint -Wretched experience…..
Recently used via insurer to replace and paint wing, replace headlamp and repair and paint front bumper on my driveway. Absolutely shocking, four gnats stuck to paintwork, numerous specs of dust and heavy evidence of orange peel plus two heavy scuffs/scratches to existing paintwork cause by fitting the wing, if that wasn’t bad enough the colour shade was obviously different even in dull lighting. Not happy but insurer said I had to give them an opportunity to correct before seeking alternative repair. Remedial works even worse as I also now had runs of paint lacquer caused by rain running off the car along with there customary orange peel and dust specs. Again the paint shade still wildly different and overspray on various bits of trim plus my bonnet. Screws missing from wheel arch liner and where the top of the bumper meets the top of the wing you could push in with your finger where there appeared it hadn’t been clipped. Thankfully Dropless finally agreed they shouldn’t have taken the job on and arranged to then send my car to a local approved paint shop who have done an outstanding job. From Dropless first visit to final satisfactory repair it took 4 months…
Company used after Sainsburys food…
Company used after Sainsburys food delivery van hit my car, this was their suggestion to repair vehicle. The whole process was awful, I provided all details they requested and it took three visits for them to actually be able to complete the work because they have poor organisation. Three days of work lost for me as of a result of having three appointments. Two visits by same engineer resulted in him being told by a senior member of staff to just get the job done and trying to convince me to accept poor standards of work. This was after he told me on the first visit he couldn’t match the finish due to the lacker used so they were knowingly telling him to work to a poor standard. Emails not always responded too, thankfully the last engineer to visit which was today, was able to complete the installation after the parts were prepared off site.

The worst experience I have ever had with a company.
The repair services facilitated through Sainsbury's insurance company, have been challenging and disappointing.
The incident involving an Argos driver and our car occurred in SEPTEMBER 2023. Since then, the repair process, which only concluded in APRIL 2024, has been horrendous with numerous issues. These included repeated no-shows by technicians, poor quality repairs requiring multiple visits, and significant delays in rebooking appointments—often extending up to a month.
Despite our patience and multiple follow-ups, the service provided did not meet our expectations. The information provided by the customer service team was frequently inaccurate and they consistently lied, leading to further frustration. Our attempts to escalate the matter, including contacting the CEO, unfortunately, did not get any further improvement on our situation, maybe he knows that a circus he is running!

Disgusting company
Initially, Pranali, rebooked us twice and then the mechanic turned up without the part, so rebooked for a third time. The job wasn't fully completed. The mechanic left the screws out of the wheel arch with the promise to return. He didn't. I've emailed. Ignored. Second email. Ignored. Partner emailed. Ignored. In what universe is it OK to ignore a customer? This place should be avoided at all costs. I'm furious!

I sent off for a quote 4/4/24 to this so called professional organisation and for a 2" small dent to the car door of my jag they quoting more than 500GBP!!! 4 hrs to take out a 2'' dent, almost two and a half times the competition. Its a terrible scam to quote such high prices in the description of competitive and professional. use Axioma much better!

They need to employ more technicians or give the work back to Motor Repair Network to be given to another company.
Absolutely garbage company
Absolutely garbage company. They're slow to respond, make out they can't get readily available parts and for one minor repair to a van they had to come back three times as the repairs we carried out to such a low standard. Not a very company, not professional and I'd never allow them to touch one of my vehicles ever again.
Disgraceful service
It took several calls before someone answered the phone. Their automated phone service provides an option for a car cleaning service, however, when I finally managed to speak to someone, he explained they no longer clean cars.
Also, I sent an e-mail, Instagram message and left a voicemail to book a clean and no one responded.
I was trying to redeem a free clean from the last time I booked. No one showed - no text, no call, no e-mail. I received an e-mail the next day.
Absolutely disgraceful. Will never contact again!
Price misrepresentation
The dropless website stated their price for an oil and filter change was £85. The only way to book it was by downloading their app. After 10 minutes doing this, the app price was £158. If the website price stated "FROM £85" I wouldn't have wasted my time and given the company my personal details. Shame on you.
