Bad service
You mentioned verification will be done under 2 hours but it took more than that and you made my booking expired. Now if I book I have to wait 2 hours. Very bad service. It's ok thanks Mr. Jeremy.

We’d like to clarify our verification process: identity verification is usually completed within two hours, but during periods of high demand or when additional checks are required, it can take slightly longer. Unfortunately, for security and safety reasons, we’re unable to bypass this step, and bookings will expire if verification isn’t completed in time.

they have issues with their app, i couldn't verify my account with their app, took a few weeks for them to verify me. Their email replies were fast tho.. eventually when they finally got in touch with me.

I made a comeback to book a car…
I made a comeback to book a car -mitsubishi ex. Reason being, my BIL recommend me this app. It's reasonable price and some of the host is great to deal with. But my 2cents opinion, if the car is a daily usage, why was it being listed? Because some of us the renters may want to use the car during the working days. It took awhile for host to approve the request. So I hope drivelah app can get the message across to all users and host to be more transparent. Last minute booking, within 72hours doesn't equivalent CONFIRMED booking. And shoutout to Amber for being helpful and making my transaction easy because some hosts can be quite idiotic. They just ignore my requests. Thanks girl.
