Customer service is top notch
Haven’t had the chance to actually drive the car that I booked yet but had to drop a couple of comments about the customer service during my sign up and booking processes. I encountered a couple of issues and for once, the live chat actually resolved them for me. Both Jeremy and Rhea have been incredibly patient and knowledgeable to be able to walk me through the process towards the positive outcomes. Kudos to them! Now I hope the car pick up and drop off processes will be easy.
