Things have improved since
Things have improved since, thanks to some positive interactions with Amber and the support team.
Initially, listing my car for rent was an arduous process. The app and website didn't have the promised features and sometimes gave conflicting responses. Their prompt responses were a plus, though.

Resolving issues
Godie was helpful in resolving issues and matter when I had trouble with my ride. Although it took a few days to resolved, the case was closed promptly and efficiently with the right amount of compensation given after the troubles that had happened. Overall, the people at DriveLah are always helpful and responsive when helping with issues. Thank you!
