Smell from Hyde and Sleep memory…
We have bought a Hyde and Sleep memory foam mattress. It is comfortable but the smell is overwhelming. We have aired it a separate room for 5 days and it is still pungent. I hope it will be usable in the near future or we will have to exchange. The staff in the shop and delivery were all good- it's just the smell coming from the mattress.

Appalled by the service we've had from…
Appalled by the service we've had from Dreams. The mattress we bought collapsed within days. We phoned Dreams to tell them, and heard nothing back. I then emailed and they responded. An engineer arrived 2 weeks later and condemned the bed as not fit for purpose. Again, I had to chase Dreams to find out what's happening. They've just said they don't know when they'll get a replacement mattress out to us. Absolutely disgraceful. We spent £3000 on mattress and bedframe and they're not interested in sorting out their mistakes.

Excellent company to deal with
Excellent company to deal with. Took delivery of my new mattress just over a week ago.Very helpful & friendly sevice in the store with no pressure to buy.The delivery by 2 polite,smartly dressed delivery drivers who unpacked everything & took away all the packaging was on time. Already feeling the benifits of product,my back is so much better. Superb quality mattress, wish I had gone there sooner.

Superb advice with no pressure
My husband and I are in need of a new mattress. Emily was absolutely superb in her help and advice - friendly, chatty, confident and knowledgeable with no pressure to buy whatsoever. We must have spent an hour trying mattresses and talking about them. When we were undecided she didn’t push us to buy and instead advised, ‘if you’re not sure, get the cheaper one: you can always switch it up using the 100 days guarantee’. Fantastic service - we are still researching but feel absolutely confident in the advice we received from Emily.

The mattress makes such loud creaking…
The mattress makes such loud creaking sounds with even the slightest of movement which of course wakes me up. We've reported it 5 days ago but no follow up from Dreams as yet.
