I thought I needed a new mattress, went to Dreams tried all the different mattress and selected the one I liked, was given a date for delivery. Mattress was delivered at the time and day selected.I’ve slept like a log with no aches or pains since.Cost a little more than I expected but worth every penny, just love it.👍😊

our new bed is good and assembled by the dream's delivery team so we are pleased with it in the first couple of weeks . The mattress is one with a 3 inch topper and the delivery team say to turn the mattress head to the tail end each week for 3 month's to even out the where. if a heavy mattress customer's that are older may struggle to maneuver it due to the weight.

The staff at the store were very helpful - they advised me on mattress choice and helped rearrange delivery when I needed it. The delivery and assembly was very professional - on time, with detailed communication throughout and leaving the place tidy afterwards. The bed itself is very comfortable and exactly what I wanted.

Great customer service at the Dreams Yeovil Branch where we went on their special test bed to guide us on what type of mattress would suit us best. Afterwards, we were shown what beds were available and tried them out. Finally, decided the one we wanted, salesperson took us through various extras and options for delivery. All with no fuss, no pressure and importantly at a reasonable cost. Highly recommended.

My mattress was ordered online, and I chose to use Dreams' optional recycling service for my old mattress. I was kept informed (email) at all stages of my order and my new mattress was delivered on time. Delivery staff were polite and even removed the wrapping from the new mattress (and took it away) and placed the mattress on the bed frame for me.

We have bought a Hyde and Sleep memory foam mattress. It is comfortable but the smell is overwhelming. We have aired it a separate room for 5 days and it is still pungent. I hope it will be usable in the near future or we will have to exchange. The staff in the shop and delivery were all good- it's just the smell coming from the mattress.
