The double bed frame was delivered on…
The double bed frame was delivered on time. The men were friendly and pointed out where a box had been damaged. It was checked and all was ok. They were polite and respected my property.

Dreams are great!
The mattress is very good, we really like it. The delivery men were brilliant, they moved out the divan and even vacuumed behind it to get rid of the spiders! Then they put the valance on the divan and put the mattress on top. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Fabulous staff
My visit to Dreams in Telford was outstanding. My partner and I visited to replace our mattress, we were served by Tash who was both knowledgeable and attentive. She took time to understand our needs and helped us to find the best products to meet out requirements. In fact, Tash impressed us so much we chose to buy the mattress from Dreams despite finding a slightly cheaper alternative elsewhere.
My parents were searching for a new mattress just a few weeks later and we didn't hesitate to send them 15 miles out of their way to go and see Tash (gutted she wasn't working that day but they came away having made a purchase regardless).

I was looking for a new mattress
I was looking for a new mattress, as the one I had was pretty uncomfortable and I'd had it a while , so thought I'd pop into dreams on a recommendation from a friend. I felt I was treated very professionally as the sales person asked me what I was personally looking for in a mattress, I told him and his recommendable expertise helped me to find what I was looking for! Also I was very pleased with the service on the whole , even to the delivery of the product. The guys were very courtesies, and helpful. To the point they even removed thier shoes and put a piece of furniture back to were it previously belonged which was a great help.i would definitely recommend this company to others. They were abit expensive but well worth it.

Knowledgeable and informative sales person
The sales person was very knowledgeable about the products and explained the key features clearly. She listened to what I needed and gave helpful advice without being pushy. She was much more knowledgeable and informative than any of the other stores I visited. I'm very happy with the products I purchased.
