Dreams - Telford Omdömen 

After two years of deciding on which bed to have we have found the one! The staff have been extremely patient with us and informative. We couldn't afford the tempur matress so went for the dreams Hyde and seek extra firm. Wow this has changed my life, I sleep perfectly and get put of bed with no pain. For the first time in years i can sleep on my back and the bed frame is amazing having dual control and a tv that comes out of the end saves us space in our room. Thank you to the young lady who has on so many occasions spent time with us to help us to eventually come to our decision.

Everything was excellent from the day i went in to my local Dreams store in Telford and served by Clare to the day it was delivered and installed on the day by the delivery drivers was good. The bed is comfortable and is much better for my back .

When we were considering which mattress would be more suitable, the store clerk Shaun Bhakar gave us very useful advice.

Bed delivered on time in the morning and phoned before arriving. Very impressed with assembly of bed and clearing away packaging.

I visited 25th July to choose a mattress. I was supported to use the Sleep-matic system to define possible suitable mattresses. The exchange system was explained as I have several medical probllems that made choosing difficult. I was able to take my time before choosing. I have since taken advantage of the exchange option after trying the mattress for 30 nights. I visited the store on 5th September where with support I was able to revise my needs and choose a more suitable mattress. My thanks to both Clare and Senderpal who were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I have contacted Dreams to confirm the Exchange as per details supplied by Senderpal and spoke to Jack who continued the good service ethos.

Lots of choice in the store and we found the Woodstock bed frame in white, which was ideal for our needs. Staff made us feel welcome and the delivery was on time on the day in question. It's a nice solid ash bed frame and definitely worth the money. Will buy from Dreams again.

Absolutely great service at the dreams Telford store, we were welcomed and served by a lovely woman called Natasha, she wasn’t pushy selling us anything and very friendly and helpful. Would happily recommend going there to buy a bed or mattress
