In store experience was good, product was good, delivery was ok. The delivery team did the job but were somewhat resistant to delivery.

Excellent service firstly from Jade at the Telford store and then the two delivery men.
I was kept updated regarding delivery times.
Would not hesitate to recommend Dreams to anyone.

We were greeted with a lovely smile and good morning and an offer of help if required. We were left alone for a while to browse then approached by Natasha with an offer of trying the sleep match machine . She had the right amount of friendly chat and fantastic advice on all aspects of mattresses and bases and fitted them into our personal requirements. We had a lovely cup of tea too! The whole experience felt personal, friendly and 100% tailored to us. Natasha is such an asset to Dreams!

Was greeted by a lovely lady named Claire. She was very welcoming and accommodating. Thoroughly talked us through our choice of mattresses best suited for our needs and at our budget. She took us to the sleep machine to get a good selection of mattresses that are suited to us and gave us a thorough walkthrough and test of the best choices.
She made both me and my partners first mattress buying experience very enjoyable and left the site with big smiles on our faces! Cannot wait to try out our new mattress.
Also very flexible payment schemes too which is a great bonus!

Natasha was completely dedicated to making sure that I was picking the most beneficial bed for me. With myself being disabled she knew the importance of having something that was suited to my needs. She spent a lot of time with myself and my mom goes through different adjustable beds, bases and mattresses and I am very grateful for her expertise.

Staff were professional,friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Excellent service with no hard sell.

Delivery guys were brilliant, they removed their shoes before delivering bed to bedroom. They assembled divan and checked we were happy with everything before leaving. They were also very polite, respectful & professional. 10 out 10 service

Arrived at the Telford store on a busy Saturday afternoon. Greeted and not followed or pressured like in other furniture stores. Once we had decided to look into a bed frame and mattress was greeted by Shaun. No pressure at all just gave us all the information about the frames and mattress options. Tried out the machine and was given plenty of mattress options. Shaun was very knowledgeable and showed us all our choices and pillows etc. Made the purchase and was very happy.

Week later measured the space for the bed and was very worried when the bed dimensions would not fit. Was very worried that dreams would add lots of charges to amend cancel part off order. Went back to store to see Shaun. He went through all the options for our space and dimensions. Amended the order and even refunded £80 because the frame was cheaper with no problems or hidden charges. Thanks Shaun and bald store manager at Telford. Legends!

Store is also very clean and well laid out. Went to other major bed retailers in area to look. Most had cluttered stores with sales staff that follow you around making rubbish small talk. In dreams I felt greeted and welcome. But never pressured

Staff were really helpful and helped us ensure we chose the correct bed as well as mattress. We weren’t rushed to make any decisions and all options for the bed were explained really well.

Bought mattress 2.5 years ago for over £700 and today they sent a guy to look at the state of it. There is huge hump in the middle and you roll to the edges. Is it faulty, not according to dreams who need a 40 mm deformation. The test that was carried out is flawed as the engineer didn’t put weight where the fault is. Was told 5 year warranty but it’s not worth paper it’s on. Do not buy The Hyde and Sleep mattresses as they are rubbish

Update: contacted by Dreams through Trustpilot as can be seen below, yet 2 days on still no contact!!

More update: It’s now 10 days since an engineer came out and about 8 days since Dreams said they wanted to talk to me. However still no contact!!!!!

The most important information about this review is the first contact with Dreams .. The salesperson, JADE, was absolutely brilliant! There was no pressure, she explained everything in detail without the “Pressure to buy” 👍🏻 we went away to think about a new mattress, but returned several days later to make the purchase! JADE wasn’t there on our second visit but another member of staff made us more than welcome and completed the deal 👍🏻

Excellent selection of bed frames and mattresses at the Telford branch, Shaun guided us expertly through the choices of managers specials, we settled on a antique brass bedframe with a heavily discounted mattress , everything was delivered on the day they promised and installed by attentive fitters, top marks all round, high praise to the sales advisor Shaun, he really looked after us, thanks all round guys.

Very helpful and patient staff member, Claire, helped my elderly mom choose a new bed recently.
After lying on the "scanning" bed to determine the most suitable options, several beds were offered for her to try out. She found a favourite one, but wanted to have a think about it before spending so much money, so we left it at that on that particular day.
However, we returned a couple of weeks later, and after lying on a couple more beds, the purchase was made, but still there was no pressure from Claire (who even remembered her name), and the whole process was very quick and straightforward.
When the bed arrived 2 weeks later, the delivery men were in and out in less than 5 minutes.
All in all, a very pleasant experience.

Natasha was very helpful and patient and explained the products to us thoroughly.
We are looking forward to receiving our beds.

Excellent mattresses and sleeping so much better, staff were fantastic helping me choose the right kind of mattress to suit my needs for aches and pains using the computer system. Made me realise that my old mattresses were no longer suitable as our body changes over time. Thank you and I now look forward to getting into bed with a good night sleep.
