Delivery team were very friendly and…

Delivery team were very friendly and courteous. They worked quickly and tidily, removing all waste plastic etc.
They took care to not damage anything.
They were able to explain how to care for the bed frames and answers all my questions.
They were fab!

Delivery complaint

The only thing you got right was our bed plus 3 mattresses the delivery people lied to your office about where the mattresses were they just could not provide what we paid for disgusting service paid for recycling mattresses only took 2 paid for to be built refused left us with all packaging and left headboard and one mattress downstairs I have copd it was really hard to get it upstairs on my own mattress packaging clearly states 2 person carry then delivery guys just left the property without letting us know they were going service was not what I expected from dreams.

I am sorry that the crew were not able to carry out the additional services.

Having had a chance to look into this in more detail, the crew did contact our central team to explain that owing to conditions within the property, they were not able to carry out the services.

I am truly sorry. The funds paid for the services that were not carried out have been deducted from your finance agreement value to reflect this.

We bought a mattress from Dreams in…

We bought a mattress from Dreams in Swindon. The whole experience was very pleasant, from the friendly welcome we got from a young man on his first working day there, to Myer who was very informed and patient.Also we found they were cheapest on delivery and taking away our old mattress. Also we didn't think their mattresses were more expensive although they were of the finest quality.

absolutely perfect

absolutely perfect, we did the body scan to see what mattress it recommended, had a choice of 3, we choose 1 that was recommended. Delivered a week later no hassle or stress, very quick exchange old out new in, and it’s perfect. Not had a bad nights sleep since.
Highly recommended

Great bed and great service

Great bed and great service, had to go back to the store as delivery people didn’t leave the assembly instructions. Store printed me a copy and gave me a coffee, thank you.
