Our new bed is absolutely just what we needed. The staff at the Swindon shop were so helpful and very patient with us.
The delivery and installation was very very good. Exactly on time and the two guys who carried out the installation were so professional and kind. Explaining everything and even helping lifting our mattress from another room onto our new bed.

Excellent service
Excellent service. Wayne in the Dreams Swindon shop was very helpful. This was a mattress for my frail, elderly mother and Keiran on the delivery team was particularly kind and helpful. All in all a very good experience.

Love my new bed and mattress. It's extremely supportive because I was struggling with back pain.
I have been releived of back pain and most importantly the team were extremely helpful.
They arrived within the time slot and assembled it well and took me through everything I need to know about the bed and mattress.

The sales staff were knowledgeable
The sales staff were knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. The delivery team were spectacular and the product is very comfortable, giving us the best night's sleep for a long time. The price was also very reasonable.
