Super service from the Dreams…
Super service from the Dreams staff..really great guys...Chad and Nathan came in happy and so polite..they did a great job! They wore overshoes ,so everything was kept clean.They took care,kept us in the loop what was going on,and did the job! We were over the moon with their slick service! Stars! Really would recommend! By the way...the bed is amazing! My daughter loves it! Lots of storage under the bed..it was the ottoman..excellent choice! One would say..it rocks!

This was an expensive purchase which is always a worry. But we did not need to. The bed is great. We bought a new one to replace our trusted old one.
Dreams are a good company. Was delivered clean undamaged and double bagged.
Dreams even honoured the price promise when they reduced their prices in a sale and paid us back £480.
We can recommend dreams. They delivered a quality product.

Great sales person
Great sales person, supportive in store, very informative about sofa bed. Fantastic product and delivery, driver rang and confirmed time of delivery, took all cardboard and rubbish away. Brought sofa bed to upstairs bedroom, and fitted together, showed me how to turn sofa into a bed. Extremely pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend Dreams and their staff.

Great bed at reasonable price with quick delivery and excellent customer service on top of that the delivery guy was polite professional and went above and beyond to respect my property!
My whole experience with Dreams from start to finish was 100% pleasant and professional plus they gave me 4 free pillows. That is the kind of treatment one feels one deserves when you are spending a grand on a bed ! Well done Dreams ✅
