I visited my local Dreams store and the assistant quickly found me the ideal matress.
On my requested date, two friendly delivery men had my old matress out of the house ready for recycling and the new one installed inside of ten minutes.

Came in looking for a memory foam mattress with my partner, Carrick helped us try the sleepmatch machine and showed us all the options avaliable and explained them in detail, in the end we purchased a Tempur mattress and received excellent service

Carrick was amazing, very friendly and had all the information I was looking for. Would recommend Dreams in Slough to anyone looking for a new mattress

Welcoming, polite & helpful

I visited the Slough branch of Dreams over the weekend as I was in need of a new mattress.

I had called before I arrived and spoke to an extremely helpful lady called Gizem who convinced me to come in.
She listened to my needs and gave me a few suggestions.
Long story short she was half woman half amazing, and I managed to find a perfect mattress, duck feather duvet and memory form pillows which were delivered to me in a couple of days.

This quiet possibly is one of the best customer experiences I have had in a very long time.

The joke was she was only covering in this branch from the Potters Bar branch.
I heard that Potters bar do not have a Manager, so I have a suggestion to make this amazing being a Manager as she is truly a gem and a credit to Dreams.

Thank you Gizem, I had one of the best experiences and more so the best nights sleep I have had in a number of years. You are a credit to Dreams.

Went to store to purchase a pillow today 18 October. Was greeted by Cameron. He questioned and advised me on the different types of pillows. He was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. He was very polite and friendly

I cannot thank her enough for her patience, hospitality, professionalism, and for providing me with everything I needed—she even recommended insurance to ensure I had all the necessary coverage. Her knowledge of both mattresses and bed frames was exceptional, and I was very pleased with the decisions I made.

The sales rep in slough store was great and very helpful. The guys that delievered were also very friendly and helpful. They took my matress upstairs for no extra charge which was a great help as I was by myself with a little baby.

End to end process was perfect. From sales to delivery & assembly it was smooth. Would definitely recommend

I placed an order for a new mattress with Anisha and from the minute i step foot in the door, she was so helpful and attentive. She helped me choose the best mattress for me.

Within 3 days the mattress was delivered. I can finally now look forward to a good nights sleep. Thank you to the Delivery driver Luke for being so accommodating and patient. They both deserve pay rises for being so great!

From the sales team to the home delivery this was a great purchase. The bed is great, mattress comfortable and the pre sales advice and support outstanding, as was the home delivery and assembly.

Brilliant service

Dominik at the Slough branch was an absolute diamond who went above and beyond to get us what we wanted, delivered the same day even though I was out of the area and gave me so many free items I ended up with a brand new set of bedding pillows ect. Well done my man

Bought a new bed 3 years ago and all was OK until 3 months ago when the mattress decided to basically crunch into nothing especially on the sides meaning I had to sleep in the middle. I thought it had a ten year warranty but was told this week I had to buy the warranty which I didn't know.

Today I recieved a call from Dreams and everything is OK now. They apologised and are now supplying a new mattress to the same price and taking the wrecked one away. I must say I was so disappointed at first but 10/10 for Dreams with the after service and wouldn't hesitate going back to them now as have peace of mind if something goes wrong then they are there to help. We'll done guys!!
