Excellent customer service for new mattress and pillow
A lot can be bought online these days, but it doesn't match the experience when visiting a Dreams branch to get advice and recommendation for your new mattress and pillow. Excellent customer service. The recommended pillow was just perfect. After only one night with the new pillow I woke up at last with no neck pain. I can't wait for the new mattress and bed to arrive. Highly recommend Dominik from the Slough Branch.

Couldn’t fault it!
The service was excellent from the member of staff helping me to choose the ideal mattress for me to the two delivery staff who were very considerate of my home when going up and down the stairs and taking my old mattress away I just couldn’t fault it !

Absolutely exceptional experience
So I went into Dreams the other week looking for a new bed.
What an experience I had, from the moment I went in to the moment I slept in my new bed.
The customer service from the staff, the experience of shopping in a store not online all the way up to the delivery was excellent.
Days for delivery where short when needed, or arranged when I could be available.
The service from the delivery drivers both times where excellent as well.
I'm very happy with everything Dreams did for me and my new bed and bedside table are perfect.
Thank you for everything and keep up the excellent work from everyone.

Great experience, I have a bad back so a good bed is paramount to me and the whole experience in the shop was fantastic from start to finish extremely happy with the bed and the thorough service I received instore will highly recommend them to everyone 😊

Dreams....excellent service
From going into the shop to the delivery, we had top class service. The sales lady who helped us choose the mattress was excellent. She listened to what we required, showed us relevant mattresses to try out and sorted the delivery etc. We were told when delivery would be and they arrived on time and we're respectful of our home with the delivery.
In all, cannot fault anything about the purchase of our new mattress from dreams. Thank you everybody.
