Dreams - Oldbury Omdömen 

I was looking for a new mattress and the Dreams store was close by. I was greeted by a member of staff who suggested using their mattress machine to help identify the type of mattress I preferred. It was a great help. There's a good selection of mattresses in store to try. I paid to have my old mattress taken away. Overall it was a great experience and I'm really happy with my new mattress.

The bed was amazing and the woman who sold us the mattress was very friendly and accomodating. Especially as we had come in so close to closing time.

The delivery of the new mattress and collection of our old one was well communicated and carried out efficiently and on time with care and respect being given to our home.

Haze green sofa bed. A lovely addition to my bedroom, nice quality covering, comfortable seating, easy to convert to bed, not yet used as bed but appears to be roomy and comfortable.

Ordered bed online, website very easy to use.
Order status & delivery email communications were timely & accurate.
Allocated early delivery slot (7am-9am) on designated day.
2 man crew arrived at approx 7.15am, very courteous. Placed covers on shoes as they entered property to protect carpets.

Delivery & assembly of bed inc. removal of rubbish took less than 1/2 hour.

Would really recommend going to dreams. They have a sleep match machine that can recommend you a mattress that you will find comfortable based on your profile which is so clever. The staff are lovely and there is so much choice

All went well, starting with a constructive chat in the shop with a friendly and knowledgeable assistant. I was kept up-to-date about the date and time of the delivery, which was prompt. Two strong, helpful men removed the old mattress and positioned the new one carefully on the bed. I've been sleeping soundly ever since!
