From first walking into store in Oldbury greeted with a smile them made us more relaxed has it been like it for only us he was very professional we went around the store as asked we wanted a Sealy thoropedic mattress

Great service and help at the store. Delivery arrived within time slot, helpful men moved old mattress and replaced with new within minutes. As im not very mobile they couldn't have been more helpful 5* service from start to finish!

DREAMS OLDBURY

We were warmly welcomed at the door by Mary, and from start to finish she was incredibly helpful. We initially came in to look for a new bed, but thanks to her expert knowledge and guidance, we ended up purchasing both a bed and a mattress. We were so impressed that we returned the following day to see Mary again and bought another bed and mattress for my brother-in-law, who lives with us.

Mary is friendly, knowledgeable, and a real asset to the Dreams store. We’ll be highly recommending her and will definitely be back in the future.

*UPDATE*

Unfortunately, while the team at Dreams Oldbury were absolutely excellent throughout the process, my experience with Dreams as a company has fallen far below the standard set by the store itself.

The bed we purchased was unfortunately faulty. While we appreciate that manufacturing faults can occur, Dreams chose to appoint a third-party company, Emmiera, to inspect and assess the issue. During their visit, damage was caused to our mattress.

Despite Dreams arranging and instructing this third-party contractor on their behalf, they are refusing to accept responsibility for the damage caused during the inspection. As customers, we neither selected nor appointed Emmiera ourselves, so it is extremely disappointing that Dreams is unwilling to take ownership of a situation that arose directly from their decision to use this contractor.

The damage to our mattress would never have occurred had Dreams not chosen to send Emmiera instead of using their own team. Yet rather than resolving the issue, Dreams have distanced themselves from any responsibility, leaving us to deal with the consequences.

The customer service we have received throughout this matter has been very poor, and a formal complaint has now been raised.

At this stage, I have completely lost confidence in Dreams’ ability or willingness to resolve this issue fairly. As a result, I am now seeking to return the bed and bring this matter to a close.

This has been one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I have encountered, and I would urge potential customers to carefully consider this when choosing where to spend their money.

Fantastic customer service, Andy and Nicky both made us feel very comfortable, they used their knowledge to suggest a wide variety of products that they believed would suit us. They were very transparent with all ad-ons and deals, but were not pushy with any upsales. We are extremely happy with the product that we have ordered and fully believe that we have purchased the best product for us for the best price.

What a pleasurable experience shopping for a new mattress at Dreams Oldbury, Andy the store manager was so helpful and knowledgeable and couldn’t do enough for us. Will definitely return and tell other people about my experience.

Lots of beds and mattresses to choose from friendly helpful staff

My so called new mattress is sagging on the left and right sides, it is meant to be firm, this is the second mattress that i have bought from you and both of them are utterly rubbish. I demand a full refund and compensation otherwise i will go to the B.B.C AND CENTRAL news teams also rogue traders

Great customer service from start to finish from staff at Oldbury.
Very helpful manager who took his time and never rushed us at all.
Not sure what we wanted 🤔 he went through all the options and we settled on a new mattress to suit our requirements.
Delivery was exactly on time the delivery staff were careful and respectful. Advised what we needed to do with the new mattress and left us informed.
We would definitely recommend Oldbury to anyone looking for a new bed or mattress.

Purchased the bed base only from Dreams in Oldbury. The person in store was exceptionally helpful and the two gentleman who delivered and assembled the bed were great. Covered shoes before going in the house and were professional, curious and knowledgeable about the product. Excellent service would definitely recommend anyone looking for a bed to go there.

I was looking for a new mattress and the Dreams store was close by. I was greeted by a member of staff who suggested using their mattress machine to help identify the type of mattress I preferred. It was a great help. There's a good selection of mattresses in store to try. I paid to have my old mattress taken away. Overall it was a great experience and I'm really happy with my new mattress.
