Great service and perfect bed frame
We bought a bed frame from Dreams and had a great experience. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and even funny, which made the whole process really enjoyable. The bed frame itself is absolutely perfect – great quality and exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend this place!

The chap we dealt with in Norwich was…
The chap we dealt with in Norwich was superb. He wasn't pushy at all, completely respected our request and made us feel welcome without being 'pushed' to buy. We did end up trying many in store, leaving and re visiting to finalise the purchase. The process was seamless and delivery was booked in, in a reasonable amount of time.

We went to Dreams in Norwich to buy a new double mattress. We were greeted by a team of smiley, friendly, definitely not "pushy" sales people, one of whom, Sean, guided us expertly through our selection. He offered technical guidance, answering our questions expertly and made the whole process of chosing which product was best for us very easy.

Fantastic experience at Dreams Norwich
Fantastic experience at Dreams Norwich, from walking in the door greeting to the exceptional service. We used the sleep match technology which was very helpful. We purchased a new bed headboard and mattress, there was no pressure selling and we could take as long as we needed to make our choices 😀
All the staff are great, big shout out to Sean who completed our order, delivery was great with no issues 👍
We haven't purchased from Dreams before but will be our go to place for any future need.
All in all a 5 star 🌟 experience and a 5 star 🌟 company highly recommended 👌

DELIVERED WITH CARE
DDELIVERED ON TIME/ WITH CARE AND WERE FRIENDLY AND RESPECTFUL OF OURSELVES AND PROPERETY.
THE BED ALTHOUGH NOT TOP OF THE RANGE IS STURDY. THE MATTRESS IS COMFORTABLE. PILLOWS ARE NOT NICE THEY MAKE YOU HOT AND DONT FEEL RIGHT. SAYING THAT THEY CAME FREE WITH THE BED SO WONT COMPLAIN.

The bed
From start to finish we had excellent service . The store assistant was very helpful and was not at all pushy with selling . The delivery people were clean ,polite ,punctual knowledgeable about building the product and asked us which side we wanted the base to lift. They removed all the packaging and took the mattress that we paid extra for. They did have plastic covers for their shoes to protect the flooring .

Service on the day was also excellent - delivery team were extremely helpful and took the time to run through all the post-purchase information we required. Great mattress but buy a loud alarm clock
Really good service from the salesman. And stuck to the price guarantee when the mattress was discounted a few weeks later. So far, the mattress is very comfortable. The mattress machine wasn't working when I went to the store but the salesman was very helpful. Went back another time and used the mattress machine, which recommended the one I bought (Flaxby Master Guild 4400).
One thing to be aware of is that this mattress is a bit too comfortable so make sure you have a loud alarm clock. I have missed Mass twice now as I keep oversleeping.
