Excellent experience
Very helpful members of staff at the store who were eager to help without being overbearing. Delivery date agreed and collection of old mattress too. Delivered on date agreed with a call beforehand to confirm time. Again very helpful delivery staff who were very polite and conscientious. Would recommend Dreams store very highly.

I was very impressed with the whole experience. The sales staff were friendly and helpful and so were the delivery team. The bed seems good quality and even the assembly instructions were easy to follow with text rather than useless pictures that we normally have to endure. Thank you Dreams team 😃

Great service and perfect bed frame
We bought a bed frame from Dreams and had a great experience. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and even funny, which made the whole process really enjoyable. The bed frame itself is absolutely perfect – great quality and exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend this place!

The chap we dealt with in Norwich was…
The chap we dealt with in Norwich was superb. He wasn't pushy at all, completely respected our request and made us feel welcome without being 'pushed' to buy. We did end up trying many in store, leaving and re visiting to finalise the purchase. The process was seamless and delivery was booked in, in a reasonable amount of time.
