A Dream come true
Staff were incredibly helpful… their sleep machine was useful in determining what type of mattress suited me and I was able to try out different makes. Delivery and set up service was very good. Very happy with my new bed and accessories.

Happy to recommend….
Absolutely brilliant service from the Newcastle store. I went in with my fiancée to purchase a mattress and we were put on the machine to establish what was best for us. Having been on the machine we ordered the mattress and one week later it arrived. We are both very happy.

Fantastic service from Tony at Dreams Royal Quays, Newcastle
Tony at the Royal Quays, Newcastle branch was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He greeted us warmly, then advised us on various options and yet gave us time to consider our choices, even providing us a nice drink while there. He explained about the various beds and pillows, using the Sleepmatch too. Thanks to him we purchased a super king Tempur mattress at a competitive price. Thoroughly recommended and huge thanks Tony.

Courteous, friendly service by a knowledgeable salesperson enabled me to make the right choices for my needs. The bed and mattress I chose were of excellent quality. There was a good range of prices. The transaction was completed efficiently and I hope the delivery will go as smoothly.

Service with a smile!
We visited the Royal Quays branch at North Shields, we were greeted by Diane who was very friendly and helpful. She was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions about the new bed we bought for our grandaughter. This is the first time we have purchased from Dreams and would definitely use again and highly recommend Dreams.
