Harder then that I tried in the shop
I was looking for a medium mattress as I suffer with a lot of aches and pains. When I tried this mattress is the shop it’s seemed alot softer to the mattress that was delivered.
I would like to know if this also come in firm and whether the wrong item could have been sent out. Thanks

Dreams do recognise that people do not always find the correct mattress for them first time around, as such we offer a 100 night comfort guarantee whereby you can exchange your mattress to an alternative of your choice.

I was given excellent customer service from Lisa in the shop, who was very knowledgeable and professional. The delivery men were fantastic! They rang within good time to deliver and very helpful and courteous.

Dreams waboughts very helpfully from…
Dreams was very helpfully from beginning to delivery and said what they were going to do on the day of delivery. I could of had my bed put up by the team for a small extra cost, but my son did it for me but would recommend them to anyone who is going purchase bedframes or matress I ordered bedframe would of got matress if funds allowed me but when need dreams I will be going .

I went to the shop and with help from the machine I chose my best mattress for me and I have got it now I must say om having brilliant sleeps and I wake less aching than ever before. Best decision I have made thank you dreams
