Excellent rapport with customers, friendly, helpful staff, plenty of choice.
From the moment we stepped inside the store we were greeted by a member of staff who was very attentive and helpful. We spent around an hour making decisions and the member of staff helping us never pushed us or made us feel we were taking up their time.
There was also a good range of beds to choose from, which made it harder to make a decision, but we did eventually and was continuously met with support.

Dream come true
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff without being pushy.
Instantly better nights sleep with new bed
Would give 5 stars but couldn’t get through to the shop as their phone hasn’t been working properly for weeks so had to physically go to the shop

New bed
The bed and mattress is all that I wanted. The delivery men also put it together for me. Its so comfortable. This is the second bed I've bought in Dreams. Would I again. Definitely. The person who served us in store was brilliant. Very professional and very polite.

Great service from ordering to delivery.
From ordering in person at Llantrisant store where the salesman was very professional and helpful,to delivery of item I was very pleased with service.I had to delay delivery as my decorators hadn’t finished,which was no problem,very accommodating.The gentlemen who made the delivery and assembled the bed were also professional and sociable.Would definitely recommend.

Friendly staff in store. Delivery men could not fault. Matteress was what we asked for,and found to be comfortable.

Very helpful staff
The staff in Llantrisant Talbot Green were really helpful.Jonathan served us supported by Mike and another lady sorry didn't take her name but all three of them couldn't have been more helpful 😉. We tried nearly every mattress in the shop and they were all patient and very helpful and had great knowledge in the products they were selling. Good team work between them.

No pressure from sales staff would definitely use this store again pleased with the ottoman bed we purchased although there was a broken wooden support, which my husband replaced.

A straightforward and efficient purchase and delivery.
The store staff were knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The delivery was exactly as planned and we were advised on the day exactly when to expect the delivery. The delivery men were fast and efficient; job done.

Really good quality bed and mattress
Really good quality bed and mattress. Paid a bit more than I expected too, but really glad I did. Came fully built, with only a couple of bolts needing fitting by myself. Very good delivery service also. On the whole very pleased.
