Guys who delivered & erected bed were great. Minimal time no fuss. I know there's a charge but it was well worth it to have experts put the bed up

Staff were friendly and patient.
Staff were friendly and, knowledgeable of all the products we wished to see. They were patient, re-showing and re-explaining whatever product we wished. There was no "pushy" selling, and we felt comfortable in declining a product that may not have appealed to us. I would recommend Dreams at Talbot Green to any one looking for a bed.

New Bed with build service added
Sales staff were helpful and not pushy. We bought a bed with storage, and fitting. The installers were excellent, couldn't have been more helpful and made sure we were completely happy.

Great service
We were greeted by Adam who went above and beyond to help us. He used the sleep machine, and then showed us the mattresses that were recommended. Adam is no doubt a great salesman (he probably could have talked us into buying a pen!), but he was really flexible allowing us to lower the deposit, and even knocked a little bit extra off the price for us. Ontop of this, he was a great babysitter for our 5 and 7 year olds whilst we were trying out the mattresses, which isn't an easy task!

Excellent experience

Happy customer
Smooth process from start to finish. Was served by the manager who gave brilliant service, didn't push for a sale at all, didn't rush me to make a decision and I came away with what I wanted and needed. Highly recommended.

Went to dreams llantrisant on Friday Evening (16.06.23). Not sure of the gentleman’s name, but he was very welcoming and he was extremely helpful. Was a lovely experience trying the match the mattress!
