On arriving at the shop we were made very welcome and we went on the bed to assess which mattress would be suitable, we tried 3 of the recommended and chose one we liked. The delivery was very prompt and the delivery men were polite and helpful. We are very happy with our purchase, a comfortable nights sleep. Thanks for your help Dreams

I had a try on a few mattresses a couple of months ago , and after that I made up my mind to buy one . Natalie the sleep expert was very helpful and she helped me to get the right mattress.

Friendly and helpful!
I had lots of help choosing our bed and mattress for our new home. It was lots of fun trying out the different mattresses and seeing which ones fit us the most. The staff were super friendly and helpful!

Happy sleeper 😴
I wasn't sure which mattress to buy but I needed a new one! I used the Dreams computerised perfect mattress match machine. It gave me 10 suggestions; after trying all of them, I opted for the 1st one which was absolutely ideal for me! Thanks to Duncan for all his help and advice. I'm extremely happy with my new tempur mattress and pillows, I even stay in bed for an extra few minutes in the mornings now as it's so comfortable 😴

Perfect experience from store visit to delivery
Friendly and helpful service in store with staff who had very good product knowledge. The lady who served me understood my requirements and did not try to sell me something over my budget but found exactly what I wanted. Also reassuring was the positivity both members of staff showed towards their employer and workplace. The delivery was carried out efficiently.

Could not be happier with our new bed
I would highly recommend Dreams from ordering the bed at Hemel store to the delivery and installation. Rachel certainly knows her stuff.
The customer service is excellent very knowledgeable and on delivery day we were informed of a 1 hour time slot.
The bed looks lovely. The mattress and pillows are amazing the mattress is like laying on a marshmallow we have never slept so well. Very difficult getting out of bed in the morning!!! If you are thinking of getting a new bed go to dreams you cannot go wrong.

Fantastic knowledge and expertise
Fantastic knowledge and expertise. Colleagues listened to my needs and price range and did not try to persuade me to go above my price range. Incredibly helpful and friendly and there was no pressure or rush during my visit.
I actually ended up choosing the mattress the sleep machine recommended for me - but I chose it before I realised it was one of the ones recommended!

Exceptional service, highly recommended.
We were served by a very pleasant and helpful gentleman. He listened to our requests and knew immediately what we needed. He didn’t at any point try to sell us more expensive items than we had asked for. He showed us items that may have been useful but were also on special offer and put no pressure on us to buy more than we had asked for. Our order was scheduled to be delivered the following week and removal of our old mattress was also arranged at the same time. Would highly recommend.

Dreams Hemel Hempstead
We purchased a mattress from Dreams in Hemel Hempstead. We walked in to the store and the staff were extremely friendly and patient. We lay on a bed which analysed postures, injuries and aches and pains and recommended a list of mattresses. The overall experience was smooth and easy. Delivery was no problem and was on time.
