Great service - in and out in 20 mintues
They have a wide range of mattresses, we tried many. We were offered to use the sleepmatch bed which analyses how to lie and takes into account any issues you might have (I have lower back pain). It then recommends which mattress would help you in 3 minutes flat. It chose the one I had already tried and felt comfortable on - which affirmed the decision. In and out in 20 minutes - happy customer.

All good from start to finish
All good from start to finish, both staff sorted me out with the mattress and specific delivery I required along with finance and limited offer. Good knowledge of products and the one I wanted was on display.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service, was clear about day and time of delivery, even helped to bring the heavy boxes inside for me. Bed now built and looks amazing. Best nights sleep in a long time!!

We received a fantastic level of service in the Hemel store, the staff were polite, super helpful, allowed us all the time we needed to make the right choice. The delivery/installation team. We’re polite, efficient and cleaned up after themselves, and our new bed is the best I’ve ever slept on. I cannot fault the service we have been given. Well done Dreams, you really were a Dream Team!!

Disappointed
I went to my local dreams store to look for a tempura mattress. The guy told me to lay on the tester computer bed and that would tell me the best on for me. I did this and he told me my most suited one. I ordered it in a double. When it was delivered my daughter had to move in as she was buying a flat which wasn't ready. She bought her bed I slept in a single. The mattress was not used for two months after delivery. Then when I eventually used it ive had constant hip and back pain. Not sure if I could change it now.
