Patient and informative staff
Very helpful staff patient and informed…Overall a very good experience for me as I don’t particularly like shopping. But one needs a new bed so you have too . I was made to feel welcome and not rushed in my decision making.

I sleep much better on the new mattress…mattress
I sleep much better on the new mattress than on the old one. The only problem is that the new mattress is very heavy and this makes it very difficult for me to tuck in sheets

Dreams staff were extremely welcoming and helpful they were knowledgeable and put us at ease it’s a big decision buying a new mattress and bed frame as well as a big expense the team made the decision process easy to understand well done Dreams

The team in Havant not only looked after my partner and me, but our dog.
They had a great knowledge of what was available in our budget and explained in detail the benefits of the different beds

No Hassle Dreams
Ordering was straightforward and great value with good choice of otterman and mattress. All arrived on day requested and I was advised of time prior to delivery. Delivery was perfect and heavy items placed in bedroom. All was in good condition and safely wrapped for wet weather. Assembly was easy and exactly as I wanted. Highly recommend in future.

Dips in the mattress.
We were not told about the dips that would occur in the mattress. In fact these became apparent after one night. After ten days we now had a total of at least 15 dips in the mattress. Never ever had we had this happen so quickly. I would expect it after a few years but not one day so overall we are not happy. Would not recommend you to anyone.

Staff have great product knowledge
I was welcomed at the entrance and offered help straight away! I used the sleep match technology and the colleague was very helpful in showing me a wide range of mattress and bed varieties!
