The lovely Julie
The lovely Julie greeted us when we came into the shop and offered us coffee or tea, and made the whole experience of choosing a bed comprehensible and easy. She was great with my somewhat eccentric partner and I would strongly recommend her "people skills".
The bed arrived on time and the installers were friendly and professional, and the bed itself is comfortable, fits the space, and looks good. I would recommend the whole expeience.

Returned to Dreams as even though my…
Returned to Dreams as even though my bed was only 4 years old (purchased from Dreams) my old
bones was making sleep uncomfortable. The salesman was ex silent listened to my sleeping pattern and tested me on Dreams Computerised Bed. The results showed I needed a softer mattress and I settled on a softer filling,delivery (free) within 48hrs. That was three weeks ago Bliss!!!! Thank you Dreams.

Our visit to Dreams Havant
A lovely and well-informed sales advisor.
Very smartly presented, cheery and enthusiastic.
Allowed us time to discuss our needs.
She kindly walked us around the
showroom, discussing the benefits of the mattresses that the body scan suggested would be suitable from the results.
No pressure to choose right away.
After care service and warranties were clearly explained.
With a special period allowed to ensure we had chosen our most comfortable mattress, we purchased that same day. We also purchased the very comfortable pillows too.
A very pleasant experience.
The delivery guys were great too.

Great service at the shop
Great service at the shop and used their bed with great input and info. Delivery guys were brilliant and we opted for the removal of old bed and build the new. Only issue we have is there was a very strong smell from the bed. Reminded me of mothballs. Had to spray bed and mattress. But all good now

A great new sleep experience}
Everything worked well according to plan and the new mattress is great. I am fortunate to have family fairly close so they could help with the preparations—-and the wrapping of the old mattress—which I could not have done on my own! The deliverers were efficient and helpful! A good purchase proving to be a comfortable and very worthwhile acquisition.
