Dreams - Havant Omdömen 

I was welcomed at the entrance and offered help straight away! I used the sleep match technology and the colleague was very helpful in showing me a wide range of mattress and bed varieties!

First time to visit a Dreams store and it was a very good experience for me. I was supposed to just look and test some mattresses for a future purchase but because the store rep was so helpful and gave me all the information i needed, and gave me time to test out the beds in store, i was able to choose a bed (and a few more items) and purchase it there and then :)

Fantastic service and such great staff. The bed Is the best thing we have ever bought. We love It as does our cat

Julie in the Havant store was extremely helpful and knowledgable without being pushy, and was able to arrange delivery on one of the very few possible dates for me. Dave, the delivery driver was brilliant too, ringing on the Saturday to arrange the delivery time on the Monday, which allowed me to arrange for someone to be there at quite a precise time and not have to wait around. Delivery was seamless, including negotiating quite a tricky staircase, and everything was left in excellent order. The mattress itself is very comfortable.

I went to two bed and mattress shops Dreams and Bensons looking for a new mattress. The first lady I saw in Dreams asked me what i wanted, and asked me if I wanted to try the mattress machine which would indicate with personal information what could be the best type or me A firm one seemed to be the best,so I chose one with memory foam on top.Bensons didn't have what I wanted and have to pay for delivery and wait longer for it.
delivery worked out well with the delivery men taking my old mattress away to recycle.I am getting used to it and am glad I bought it.

From the ordering in the store to delivery it was an excellent service all round .

The sales staff were very helpfull and understanding.
We were advised that we would not have to struggle to place the old mattress in the recycling bag.
This was not the case in the delivery notice which required this be done before delivery.
The delivery men were efficient in the removal of the old mattress and delivery of the new item

Got a great bed at a great price and was really pleased with the knowledge and efficiency of the staff. I would definitely recommend Dreams for beds and bedding.

Excellent attention to detail and customer needs from the store manager, Julie. Was made to feel very welcome and comfortable, offering us tea and coffee etc. And giving us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. Julie clearly knows her stuff when it comes to the products and services that Dreams offer.
Would highly recommend.

I wrote a review and had a reply . No recognition or answer to the all the other reviews on all review sites of people having the same fault exactly on the same model bed. Perhaps they all stood on their beds too . They never stood on their bed ever but they must be so poorly made if you can’t stand on it. Should say bed only for sleeping do not stand on it ever .
Worst company ever . Worst customer service ever . Worst existence ever. Worst experience ever . DISGUSTING ATTITUDE . Two youngsters been totally tucked up after 7 months of spending over £3000 . SHAME #avoiddreams

Ponzi Scheme
My daughter and her partner financed a Tv Bed and with purchasing the additional 8 year warranty the total cost was over £3000.
This bed starting creaking and the middle slumped after 7 months.
Dreams came out and inspected and reported they must have jumped on it!
They didn't ever.
Looking at review sites like Trip advisor and trust pilot and even Dreams website there are nearly 50 others with the identical fault on the identical bed.
Clearly not installed properly or just unfit for purpose.
Dreams still not interested even though the additional warranty says it covers
Accidental breakages which did not happen.
Dreams state you have to get your own
Report done at a cost to yourself and the company they advise you to use are there own inspectors so you cannot win.
Basically a fraud transaction and a scheme
To sell bad quality beds with no come back to them.
We are going to print fliers off and stand at the shop or else we are banging our heads against a brick wall.
Just avoid avoid avoid .

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review.

I can confirm that an inspection of your daughter’s bed has been carried out. This has not been done by Dreams however, but by a third-party called Homeserve Repairs. You mentioned in your review that we sent our own inspectors. On the contrary, we use Homeserve precisely because they will provide an impartial opinion.

The report we have received concludes that the damage to the bed was not caused during the manufacturing or assembly process, and is consistent with impact damage, i.e. having been stood on. The guarantee you took out does not provide cover for misuse, which is why your complaint has not been upheld.

If an inspection does not confirm a manufacturing fault, you are welcome to arrange an independent inspection through a recognised and accredited company. This does not have to be Homeserve. If a fault is found, we will accept the outcome of the inspection and refund the cost of the inspection up to £70.

The salesperson listened to my explanation of what I was looking for and why; she showed me mattresses which suited my needs, and gave me plenty of time to choose. She explained very carefully the whole buying procedure, from choosing to receiving delivery of my new mattress. I came away confident that I had made the right choice.

The staff in the Havant store were amazing. They were so very helpful, their product knowledge was great and any information they didn't already have they found very quickly. I went in to buy a regular bed frame and left having brought a luxury bed frame and matching bedside tables and although I ended up spending quite a bit more than I originally intended I feel like I got a fantastic deal. At no time did I feel like I was being pushed or pressured into the purchases I made.
