Nancy, our store helper, at the Dreams Westwood cross near Margate, was very informative, extremely attentive to our physical needs on the day and with choosing The dreams bed. She was super patient and made sure our questions were answered fully so there were no misconceptions.
Delivery...was faultless too. There were two polite gentlemen who came in to check the route to my bedroom. They took 3 large photos of the wall in the hallway. And then took the mattress to up, unwrapped it and placed it onto my bed.

Excellent service
We have had first class service from walking into the Dreams store in Broadstairs to the mattress delivery to our home. The Dreams team were helpful, professional, knowledgeable about their products, friendly and a joy to do business with.
The delivery of our mattress was on time and delivered with care from the delivery personnel.
Our experience with Dreams was faultless.

Very happy with the Dreams experience…
Very happy with the Dreams experience from walking into the shop to delivery of the mattress. Richard, the manager of the Westwood Cross store, was very attentive and helpful and took a lot of time in helping us find the best mattress. Delivery was very efficient and on time, very friendly and helpful delivery people (having carried the mattress up two flights of stairs!).

I hadn't been in the store for less…
I hadn't been in the store for less than 2 minutes when I was offered a choice of tea or coffee. That was a nice surprise and the lass concerned made an excellent cuppa. The whole experience was quite fun really and my assistant was knowledgeable without being pushy which was very refreshing. I chose a tempur mattress, and am now getting excellent quality of sleep.
