My experience with Dreams was excellent. I went into store to find out some information on a mattress I had seen online.

I was approached by Nancy straight away, she was very friendly, yet professional, and answered all the questions I had. She then guided me through the ordering process very efficiently, and explained everything to me, as it was my first time purchasing a mattress.

Dreams staff are always very helpful and friendly - we have experienced this at both the Thanet and Canterbury branches. They have good offers on their beds and plenty of delivery options available. They also have good delivery drivers who were also very friendly. We appreciated this excellent customer service, which can be a rarity these days.

Prompt helpful delivery no problems from start to finish

Polite young salesman, explained everything. Only a week to delivery, delivery time exact, delivery men tidy and quick. Lovely comfortable bed.

Very happy with the support and advice that was given during our purchase. The store manager provided us with options and it allowed us to make our purchase with confidence.

Delivery less positive. The delivery drivers parked over our neighbours drive and nearly got into an altercation with them when asked politely to move. We received very little instructions on the bed (electronic raising bed with multiple functions - less than 30seconds to show the bed moves. A heavy duty sticker that came with the bed was stuck fast to our brand new rug which I have yet been able to remove. Shame as the store service was so positive.

Excellent service start to finish and my bed is really comfortable. Sleeping much better than I have for years.

Great service & help in the actual store....delivery earlier than expected on the day, but was notified in plenty of time to be ready.....delivery crew were very pleasant, explained everything about new bed, were extremely careful, put bed in situ for me....everything that had to be was cleared up & removed.
