Excellent service.
Very good service from Kai and Michelle. We were shown various options after having session on the 'find a mattress for you' electric bed. We made a decision during our second visit. Delivery was the following week and this too was efficient. We have had the mattress a couple of weeks and are very pleased.

We went to the Broadstairs branch
We went to the Broadstairs branch. On entry to the store we were greeted by a Nancy, a warm, happy sales Person. She showed us around and led us to the beds we were interested in offered us something to drink and then left us alone to explore. When we were ready she took us through the sales procedures. During the process I was impressed with her product knowledge. We were offered drinks again. The pricing of the beds was good and the delivery times were not too long, around 4 weeks. All in all a very simple and easy process made all the more pleaseurable by the no nonsense relaxed approach of the salesperson.

The staff at the shop were lovely and very helpful, especially Kai.
Delivery was straight forward, they even took the mattress up to our flat which was lovely of the delivery guys.
The mattress is great too. They took away our old one as well at a small price.

Shop staff really attentive and helpful and knowledgeable. Straight talking. Process was really simple to buy on interest free. Delivery time accurate and delivery men very helpful. Bed assembly very easy. Bed super comfortable and great quality. Totally recommend.

It's such a awful mattress but I have to keep it for 30 days to get a exchange I'm sleeping on my sofa it's so uncomftable it's killing my back iv made a huge mistake.

A great overall experience
Great friendly team when we went to the shop. No pressure but everything was explained and options agreed upon. Delivery was super fast. Delivery was painless and on time. We opted for the mattress to be taken [£55] and disposed off. I chose to assemble the bed myself. Instructions were good. took ma a couple of hours. Bed is very sturdy and really good draw system. Very pleased with the purchased, Thanks Dreams

Purchase made over the phone with Kai having already perused the mattress options on the internet.
Transaction quite straightforward and quickly concluded. Delivery very satisfactory.
Mattress itself more firm than previous one but much lighter when turning over. Sleeping well.
