Delivery date promised was a little later than hoping for when we ordered but both orders were delivered on the correct day
products seem good and both delivery and collection worked very smoothly

I bought a bed and mattress from Dreams and the overall experience has been excellent. Quality of the products is good, as expected. The delivery team worked incredibly hard to get the bed and mattress up a tight stair case with no damage, great effort thanks. Delivery was onetime with no excuses.

We bought the products in a "sale" just after Christmas. Not that it really matters but I've noticed that the price of our products is now higher than what we paid, so the sale was genuine. Unlike some other companies that seem to have a sale on 365 days a year!

I just bought my bed and mattress from Blackburn dreams wonderful service form Inayat .made us very comfortable and helped us decide and me sleep on mattress which one was better for us .I definitely recommend to see Inayat at Blackburn 👍

Great experience. The staff member who helped us out was very helpful and showed us a big range of beds and mattresses. The technology used to decide which mattress is best was very helpful as well. Only criticism is that I just wished we were told about the bed base making a difference to the firmness of the mattress.

From walking in the Blackburn Dreams show room doors to waking up the morning after my 1st nights amazing sleep I would highly recommend Dreams. The showroom assistant Sonny was friendly helpful and approachable and knowledgable on all their products. He was patient and not at all pushy. He offered us all price ranges to suit our budget. He took his time to allow us to discuss our choices. He checked & confirmed all the details. Our delivery was confirmed within a short time frame even though it was between Christmas & New Year we were very pleasantly surprised of this short timeframe. We were notified & kept upto date via email. On the day of delivery I was called before 10am by one of the delivery team (Jay & Jamie) to confirm my delivery slot who again were very pleasant, friendly & professional. When they arrived they wore shoe coverings and did a walk through survey to ensure that they could delivery without causing any damage to my property or new purchase. They were very knowledgable and respectful and removed all packaging giving verbal advice regarding my new purchase. A genuine 5 star ***** review. For me purchasing my mattress from Dreams was a perfect experience in knowledge, professionism and all round customer service from beginning to end. Well done everyone, keep up the great work and thank you.

A month later and I still feel the same.
