we bought a bed and a mattress from Dreams in blackburn and was served by Inayat. truly amazing and very experience staff. delivery was great and drivers were very nice. beds so comfortable and i would definitely shop again from Dreams

Dreams has been a great experience as a returning customer of ten years. the salesperson Solly was brilliant, the whole visit was made so easy and i got exactly what i wanted at a great price. My new Tempur mattress is exceptionally comfy as are the pillows and the bed frame is stunning and beautifully made. my bedside drawers have yet to surface but i’m certain they will be just as fantastic.

Our sales agent Sully was excellent and showed us many variations of mattress
We were place on the Dreams measurement bed and he went through all of the different options available
After finally settling on our chosen mattress and payment was made
The delivery and collection of our old mattress was duly conducted by Daniel who gave us post delivery advice and we are currently enjoying our new hobby “sleeping”

We ordered a single bed in 2 half's when it arrived it was a one piece bed if it wasn't for the delivery team it would have been returned 10 out of 10 for the delivery guys

Thank you for your review. All of our divan bases do come split in two halves, with the exception of single bases which come as one unit. I am very sorry if this was not properly explained.

Store was not too busy and we were met by a store member who dealt efficiently with our enquiries and was well versed in his product knowledge. We made a purchase based on his knowledge and recommendations.
