Everyone who has been a victim of Dream Holidays Ltd, also known as Lov Holidays or Holiday Love, needs to report it to Action Fraud immediately. Authorities are currently building a case, and the more people who come forward, the sooner they can be shut down and held accountable.

Bilal Ahmad, the company “director,” was previously imprisoned in 2016 for another fraud operation — this information is publicly available online.

This company operates by booking your flights and then cancelling them, sometimes even at the last minute — including when you’re already at the airport.

They provide false information, make up different stories, and often try to blame the airline. In many cases, they send you flight details and even allow you to receive boarding passes — only to cancel the booking afterward.

Airlines have reported that this company is using stolen credit cards to book flights, keeping the money you’ve paid them.

The address listed in Ruislip is fake. The landlord has confirmed they have never heard of the company, despite multiple victims turning up at the location trying to recover their lost money.

They have also attempted to withdraw additional money from victims’ accounts weeks or even months after the original payment.

I would like to raise a formal complaint regarding a deeply distressing and costly experience I endured due to the negligence and fraudulent behavior of a travel agency named Dream Holidays, located at 2nd College House, 17 King Edwards Road, Ruislip, HA4 7AE.

In November 2024, I purchased a flight ticket for £880 through this agency to travel for a significant personal occasion—my late mother’s first death anniversary on 7th May 2025.

Despite numerous follow-ups, I was repeatedly reassured by the agency that my ticket would be issued. A man named Vijay even guaranteed that the ticket would be provided by 30th April 2025, but that promise was never fulfilled. On the day of travel, I had still not received my ticket. After countless calls and attempts to contact them, both of my phone numbers were blocked by the agency, making further communication impossible.

Due to the urgency of the situation, I booked a new ticket through Booking.com for £980, but unfortunately, that booking also fell through. In the end, I had to purchase a one-way ticket with Air India for £890 at the last minute.

On the day of departure from Heathrow Airport, my Air India flight was delayed by 90 minutes, causing a tight connection. Upon landing, Air India staff expedited my transfer to the connecting flight. During security screening, I followed all standard procedures, placing my belongings in trays as required. After collecting them in a rush, I boarded the flight as the last passenger.

However, upon arriving in Colombo, I discovered that my wallet had been tampered with, and £1,200 in sterling currency was missing—presumably stolen during the security screening process. I immediately reported the issue to the airline crew, who acknowledged that such incidents have been documented before and mentioned having seen documentaries on similar thefts.

For my return journey, I had to spend another £710, bringing my total travel expenses to £3,770—a significant increase from the original planned expense of £880.

This entire ordeal has not only caused emotional distress but also wiped out my hard-earned savings. It is appalling that Dream Holidays, despite numerous negative reviews and complaints, continues to operate, offering deceptively cheap fares to lure unsuspecting customers. Their landline number is no longer functional, and affected individuals like myself are left with no support or recourse.

I urge everyone: do not book flights through Dream Holidays. Their business practices are unethical and exploitative.

If any legal professionals come across this message, I kindly request your guidance on how we can recover our financial losses and hold these parties accountable.

I booked what I thought was a genuine holiday package through a company claiming to be Dream Holidays (also used names like Holiday Love), but it turned into a complete nightmare.

After paying a £245 deposit, they began demanding thousands more without providing proper booking confirmation. When I asked for official documentation and transparency, they became aggressive, evasive, and sent threats — saying they would “flag me with airlines” as a defaulter.

They processed the payment through a company called MamoPay using a disguised name on the invoice. When I refused to pay more without written confirmation, they tried to withdraw £2,439 and £500 without my consent.

I have reported them to Action Fraud UK and my bank (Santander) who have cancelled the card and are investigating.

I am writing this review to protect other families from going through the same stress, lies, and financial loss.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Dream Holiday Ltd, and I feel compelled to warn others before booking with them. From the start, the customer service was subpar, but the real issue was the outright rudeness and unprofessionalism of Mr. Vijay Kumar.

When I reached out with a simple inquiry about my booking, Mr. Kumar was dismissive and condescending. Instead of addressing my concerns, he spoke in an abrupt and impolite manner, making me feel as if I was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. His tone was unprofessional, and he showed no willingness to help resolve the issue.

Additionally, the overall service from Dream Holiday Ltd fell far below expectations. There were multiple miscommunications, delays, and a complete lack of accountability when things went wrong. When I tried to escalate my concerns, I was met with more indifference.

A holiday is supposed to be a pleasant and stress-free experience, but dealing with Dream Holiday Ltd—particularly Mr. Vijay Kumar—was nothing short of frustrating. I would strongly advise against using this company if you value good customer service and professionalism.

Avoid Dream Holiday Ltd – Incompetent and Rude Service

I had a terrible experience with Dream Holiday Ltd and would strongly advise against using their services. I booked a flight through them and paid a deposit, only for them to completely mishandle my booking due to their own incompetence. When I tried to get the issue resolved, they refused to take responsibility and, worse, refused to refund my deposit.

Mr. Vijay Kumar, in particular, was shockingly rude and unprofessional. Instead of addressing the mistake their company made, he was dismissive, condescending, and completely unwilling to help. His attitude made an already frustrating situation even worse, as he showed no concern for customer satisfaction and acted as if I was the problem rather than their poor service.

Dream Holiday Ltd is an unreliable and dishonest company that fails to deliver on its promises. If you value your money and want to avoid unnecessary stress, stay far away from them. There are far better travel agencies out there that actually respect their customers.

Absolutely awful travels agency. They had given my parents the worst experience by first changing their flights with a days notice. Second providing a scammer driver to take them to the airport and especially their operator Maria making false promises and causing massive inconveniences. They had further carried on to give attitude after providing many different bank accounts to provide payment as well as promising my parents £100 if they sort taxi out for themselves which they have not yet paid from November. They then create fake 5 star reviews to try to level out their page. Please beware of such company like this as their service is unprofessional and money hungry. You can see after this review they’ll get their team to create fake 5 star reviews. Don’t fall for their facades. If 0 was an option I’d press that.

Shahid, Anna and Sophie are very wicked people. They take pleasure into scamming people of our hard earned money. After telling us our flight has moved from 19th December 2024 to the 22nd Dec 2024, I wake up to texts from Dream holiday ltd on the 23rd...it said Good morning mam". I would like the victims to all report the the BBC and police.

I have made several ticket purchases to the Caribbean for myself and other family members and I must say it was a five star experience. Shahid my agent was very professional, courteous and nothing was a bother for him; whether it was to check on or carry out extra searches for tickets at reasonable price. they took money from my brother and claimed they booked a ticket, it was all a lie, we went to the airport on Tuesday 12/12 and then they told us they had booked another ticket after getting to Heathrow, they lied that the airline cancelled, please note, he had paid for the ticket a few months ahead, then they booked Air France with stolen credit cards, he got to the airport today and air France provided details of the stolen card please do not book with this company, the company

The DH Ltd made a group company booking in my name with the chosen hotel and never send a penny to the property they booked in my behalf. I have paid all the installments and Hotel chased me for the payments as Dream Holiday has never intended to pay them.
Travel agents had provided me with the made up ATOL protected certificate, they sent me a confirmations of the booking in Hotels behalf too. I was receiving confirmation about booking but hotel was not sending them. The Dream Holidays Ltd were using merchant companies to take a payments, so their name had never appeared on the bank statement....when I contacted the merchant companies, whom the payments for the rooms were made, they had no idea what I'm talking about and denied any partnership or corporation with Dream Holidays Ltd.
I wish I was more careful before it all started ....now I'm waiting for my refund which was initiated a long ago....they blocking my number and it direct me to voicemail when I call their number. They even created a screenshot of their payment transaction to the hotel.....never received by the hotel anyway. They don't respond to my emails..... simply DISASTER!!! I don't recommend to any one to book even a flight with them 🥴...so doggie!!!

It's 24th August, never received a refund from Dream Holidays and luckily my bank could suck out the money from the merchants used.
One of the merchant have appeal against my claim and sent the proof I have used their service (apparently I bought a flight to Emirates) the document proof had somebody else's name, but my home address was used on the document. I never purchased the flights but Dream Holidays Ltd made it look like me and even sold the flights to someone else I guess so made money twice. I do apologize to 'Carlton Leisure' the merchant they used....as they have been a victim of fraudulent activity as myself.
The company should be busted from making business in a such a disgusting way!!!!

I had such a lovely time on holiday with Dream Deals and I found the staff very warm and inviting. The tours arranged was very fun and it was such an amazing experience and will definitely be booking again!!
