Terrible company only offered 1 flight, that was the furthest away and wanted over £100 each for any other airport... also wowcher was awful and didn't help us at all.

Dealt with by Marcus and rest of them are terrible we booked a 6 person holiday to Grenada and these scammers booked two tickets and didn't issue us refunds. They lied to us throughout 2 months saying our tickets was sorted and told us the day before the holiday we aren't flying

Dream Holidays Ltd – SCAMMERS

Everyone who has been a victim of Dream Holidays Ltd, also known as Lov Holidays or Holiday Love, needs to report it to Action Fraud immediately. Authorities are currently building a case, and the more people who come forward, the sooner they can be shut down and held accountable.

Bilal Ahmad, the company “director,” was previously imprisoned in 2016 for another fraud operation — this information is publicly available online.

This company operates by booking your flights and then cancelling them, sometimes even at the last minute — including when you’re already at the airport.

They provide false information, make up different stories, and often try to blame the airline. In many cases, they send you flight details and even allow you to receive boarding passes — only to cancel the booking afterward.

Airlines have reported that this company is using stolen credit cards to book flights, keeping the money you’ve paid them.

The address listed in Ruislip is fake. The landlord has confirmed they have never heard of the company, despite multiple victims turning up at the location trying to recover their lost money.

They have also attempted to withdraw additional money from victims’ accounts weeks or even months after the original payment.

Awful company, we had 20 plus tickets booked with this company for a family wedding online April paid last June never received the ticket a lady called Sarah real name IQRA Nadeem took all the booking and money she promised we will get the tickets in December 2024, the reason why they didn’t give the tickets earlier is if we made changes then we had to pay extra, so trusting them each month went by and Sarah no where to be seen, now Annie and Veronica and vikrant saying false promises asked to speak to the director Bilal Ahmed he’s not coming forward I will never ever forgive you all for leaving me emotionally and financially stressed, me and my family were left on a state that words can not describe WHAT HAS THE DIRECTOR GOT TO SAY TO THIS.
I called emirates they said no tickets were booked under these names they tried to use someone else card to book in January the payment got declined by emrites
issuance of the airline tickets for my group, which have been fully paid for since June. Our departure was scheduled for the 01/04/2025 and despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter amicably, we did not receive the tickets. The ongoing delay is entirely unacceptable and has caused significant distress, both emotionally and financially, as I have personally vouched for 27 individuals who entrusted your company with their bookings. The lack of communication and failure to fulfill your contractual obligation is now beyond reason, and I am left with no choice but to escalate this matter further.
Bilal Ahmed come forward and explain why has your company took our money since June and not issued tickets. We are still waiting on some refunds we got most of our refunds through our banks reported to action fraud the company house check on gov website is behind there taxes. We had awful experience with them and had to pay double to get new tickets from a reliable company.
Words cannot describe how much stress they caused us , in our group we had students , single mums , pensioners and some of us have still not received our money back.
They blocked our numbers each time we called they would hang up on us. When asked to speak to the director the agent would say we haven’t seen him and they cannot put us through.

I was disappointed with this hotel. The first impression was normal. Then, when I went to take a shower and got wet, I pressed the shampoo bottle, and it was filled with water. The same thing happened with the body gel. When I laid down the mat for my feet, it was black from the floors. I was shocked. When I went to the reception to express my concerns, it turned out they didn’t speak English. I had to communicate through a translator. There was only one person in the entire hotel who spoke English. The food was decent. By the pool, when we asked for a mojito cocktail, we got some diluted water with a strange taste. I don’t know what that was. The rooms were not cleaned properly.it feel that the rooms never were. Never seen before that dirty rooms in hotel. the socks were always dirty, and there was dust everywhere. The explanation was that they clean every three days. We had booked a seven-night stay and arrived on Friday evening, but we had to leave the hotel on the following Friday at 1:45 AM, even though we had paid for the entire week.

Absolutely the biggest scam fraudsters anyone can come across , please don’t book with them , I’ve lost time and money !! Extra hassle to rebook , and drive to London Heathrow in a rush , to be told , no flights available . No bookings made by this agent at all for me and my wife .

What a shambles this Ruislip agency is. After a holiday in promised 5 star in Turkey which was clearly 3/4 their transfer company in Turkey failed to come to take us to the airport after many lies told by this company. We were advised to take a taxi (the hotel witnessed and arranged this which cost £120 and receipted by the hotel. On return home we telephoned Dream/Love holidays and was told we would be reimbursed by a worker named Rana who we had booked the holiday within 15 days. This was repeated after no reimbursement was received. The lies we have been told is phenomenal now. Today I asked for the manager name I was told SAM SMITH who was allegedly in a meeting. After I said I didn’t believe a word they were saying a man clearly with non English accent as the rest of them gave his name as Sam Wilson. I repeated what had gone on and he said we would receive our refund within 7 days. I asked for the full address which on checking myself is only a half truth with the wrong postcode. I am taking this matter further whilst trying to obtain details of the correct complaints procedure with this company and particularly the Ruislip office. I would welcome a call from a true professional at Dream/Love holidays.

Fraud company which is cheating people. I lost a lot of money had to book my own return ticket as they did not provide me my return ticket after they cancelled my ticket. They ask you to transfer money in another company account. They should be in jail for fraud.

I have used these guys in the past but my last experience was horrible. I they reserved me a cheaper shit after a paid a deposit and then a week later were not available to collect the balance and sent me an email to say I lost the booking and I now have to take a more expensive booking. Half way through the booking I noticed the airline was cheaper and went with the airline. Can't trust these guys. Especially the guy i was dealing with Ayan!!!

This is not a real travel agency. This is a scammer website do not trust them with your hard earned money

They offered a low price ticket and emailed me to pay Mia UK Services Limited but that's a new company without accounts to date!
They very friendly and returned calls and messages until I said that I would pay Dream Bank to bank!

This company took payment for 2 return tickets. 1 day before departure we learnt the 2nd ticket didn't exist and were told to buy another return ticket and would be refunded for the duff ticket. We bought another return ticket and found on the journey home that there was no return leg and had to come on another airline at full single cost. They have never returned the 1st ticket money nor the 2nd return ticket money till we contacted the bank fraud team. Don't even think about using them. I don't understand why Qatar airlines is still letting them sell tickets for them and spoiling the company airline name

I am not sure why this company has 4.5/5 stars as they are scammers. DO NOT SPEAK TO RAHUL.

We bought tickets with them last September, took our money, they were more than happy to take our telephone calls and call us back. Could not make the sale process any easier. They gave us our Emirates booking confirmation, I check with emirates and this was fine at the time.

HOWEVER, after a few months (May 2024) I checked again and Emirates have advised me that this booking was suspended due "the booking made with a fraudulent/stolen credit card" so they suspended the tickets. Now imagine, if I didn't check this and we turned up to the airport and found this out!

This has been ongoing since May, they have tried many times to advise me that the refund is coming and it never arrived. They sent a FAKE PayPal refund confirmation associated to another account but used a FAKE EMAIL and FAKE NAME. I checked with PayPal and they confirmed that they did not make the refund.

They are now not answering the calls, RAHUL IS IGNORING MY CALLS AND BLOCKING THEM.

I have to call them with other people's numbers to get through to them and then they either put me on hold and advise me that I need to call back or they just put me on hold for hours.

I have now reported them to Action Fraud and I am still trying to get the money back but it is shameful what they have done.

DO NOT TRUST THEM, DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY, DO NOT SPEAK TO RAHUL AND VIRAJ OR ANY OF THEM.

It is a fake company. we lost £2700 their address also fake .please save your money

I'm affraid with the given reviewes about Dream Holidays.
But I was given a fantastic service and the fairly an economical airfair.
If anyone got bad experince in the recent past?
