Good price and quick delivery, nice follow up not just a generic email.
I did have an issue with the clamp sizes when fitting as they were different to the ones removed.
Bit of a bum steer and nothing we as actually wrong, as checking up the ktm parts list the supplied ones are correct and what was fitted to my bike is actually a different size from the factory than the parts list suggests - lesson there, should have checked the parts list to verify...

Poor, amateur customer service
Ok, here is an honest appraisal of Drbikes as I found them. Firstly the product did come quickly and was of good quality but did not fit although stated it would on the invoice. Tried to return it immediately but oh my god what a rude, badly written, succession of emails followed. Had to go to citizens advice in the end and threaten legal procedures, which I would have done in a heartbeat. I did get my refund in the end, but this company should familiarise themselves with consumer rights act 2015.
Update: Re. the reply below, you seem to have found my order then DRBIKES. All below is a pack of lies! Avoid DRBIKES like the plague!

I find your review in rather poor taste especially as you were aware of the issue with the cable so let's unpack it here
You purchased a Motion Pro cable for your Harley from us, one which we have sent 72 to date for the same model of your bike and motion pro 1000's without issue
you contacted us saying was too long we asked for photos to help you, but you declined, we explained that without the images would be hard to help, you proceeded to send us copied and pasted text to random sites, I believe was around 5-6 emails of this in quick succession
we said that if you were unable to send an image you could post it back for a refund, but you again kept sending links to random articles and even a letter with some printed off
eventually, you sent us some images that showed the issue, which as you know was your handlebars so again we asked you to post back for a refund which a week later you did and once back we refunded without 24 hours
so no you did not make legal threats just a lot of random articles with nothing to do with it and no idea why would go to the citizen's advice when offered a solution in the first reply but you had it in your mind to bombard us with random links and text and even a letter, maybe should of just posted the item back like said to instead of a ranting letter

Chain and sprockets set.
Ordering was easy and a quick delivery, but on fitting the new chain and sprockets on my CB1000R the sprocket were correct but the chain was way too short, but stated was for my bike and year.

Avoid dissapointment

you purchased - Yamaha Tenere 700 2019 - 2022 Gilles Adjustable Gear Shift Lever RCT-Y06-S-KIT-B
but your bike is a Yamaha Tenere 700 2023 so does not fit your bike, You had the idea it would for whatever reasons
regardless even after you tried to fit this clearly marked product to a bike not in the title, description, or fitment on the page and after contacting us to make us aware does not fit the 2023 model not listed we advised you to post back for a refund so if you require a court to post a item back we feel you have bigger problems
the only discourteous information here is your comments above which are made up, but then again maybe when you are posting this at 11.20 pm at night some Dutch courage had some involvement
