Draper simply has the best customer service for a big company. They care about their products and their customers. Shout out to Fran Richardson, she is the epitome of what good customer service should be, a real asset to Draper.

Draper offers brilliant customer service. We'd bought a Draper Tree Pruner which stopped working after one day, so I contacted them for help. I'd sent photos along with an explanation and Gina quickly replied. To make a long story short, they're sending us a replacement- which we greatly appreciate!

I'm now using this multi-tool for the second year. Came to start it - put petrol /oil mix in it ( its a 2 stroke ) did the necesary carburettor priming and it went first go. Trimmed my hedge again without a hitch.
As others have observed its not the lightest tool BUT if you spend a bit of time getting the support shoulder belt right its not a problem. Overall I am very, very pleased with this tool .

Contacted customer services because a draper flat bit broke - not helpful and did not resolve our issue.

Having lost the ratchet drive for my 20 year old Draper socket set, I contacted Rhys Turner at Customer Service, he sent a detailed and accurate reply asking for measurement and further information, and suggested a 'closest match' replacement for the now obsolete item... The new ratchet drive arrived fits perfectly in the old carry case saving me time, money and hassle.

Contacted customer service regarding a spare part and received and received a very prompt response stating they’d shipped the small connector free of charge and sent a product code for the spare part for future reference. You don’t get better service than that. I dealt with someone called Fran who has been extremely helpful….thank you!

I broke a part of a telescopic window cleaner during the weekend. Called on the off chance and spoke to Rhys. Simply wonderful customer service, Replacement part issued without any hassle.

I had purchased a 24 litre oil less compressor.
So had a couple of components missing from the packaging, so got in touch with Draper Customer Services and spoke to a Rob Darby, what a professional and friendly guy who instead of sending me back to the whole salers from whom I purchased it from he took it upon himself to sauce the missing components and is getting the items directly sent out to me instead of more wasteful time going around to whole salers for them then waste more time getting in touch with Draper to then send the missing parts he did it in one phone call from me the now a happy customer which in turn gets the parts to me faster, a five star service so far…..

Excellent value for money, I have tried many cordless drills and the D20 as outlasted even the expensive DeWalt, I would highly recommend as I have had this for over a year and the battery and drill still perform as good as the day I bought it

i ordered a Draper Planer 7 months ago from Amazon .Unfortunately due to illness I didn't open the box and it was placed on a shelf. When I opened it recently I found parts were missing from the box, when I contacted Amazon they advised me to contact Draper direct, I did this and advised them of the circumstances, within a few days I received a new planer. this I consider to be excellent customer service. Thank you Draper.

Speedy and really helpful reply to my question. I have now sourced the part I needed thanks to their help.

I brought a Draper product from Amazon which developed a fault. I contacted Draper and they immediately sent out a new replacement.
