bought tools through the Ebay store unfortunately an incorrect item was sent , but what great service and comunication from Claire was soon rectified in a very professional and swift way .

Purchased a endoscope inspection camera which is a great tool which works well with good clear picture. Had a small issue in that I could not fine the charging indicator light, sent an enquiry to technical support and got a prompt reply including a photo of where to find it. Great customer service and a good product.

I recently contacted Draper Tools regarding a hand tool I own which is supposedly covered by a lifetime warranty...well guess what, they decided that because I had owned the tool for a certain length of time, it is not covered by the lifetime warranty...make of that what you will.
I have seen your reply and I'm grateful that you have eventually offered to replace the equipment in question...but as it has taken several emails and a negative review to reach this situation, I am politely declining your offer.

I had bought a secondhand compressor and found it to be faulty and after many consultation with Gina in customer services I was given timely and extremely helpful advice as the compressor need several repalcement parts. The knowledge of the product was exceptional spare parts were accurate and suppliers were provided so that I now have a fully functional compressor. Having dealt with quite a few customer services over the years the team here and in particular Gina were amazing

I purchased a Draper bandsw model 84714 one of there larger models. I deeply regret buying it as it never cuts straight no matter how much you set it up correctly. Resawing is impossible. The quality is really poor especially the guide bearings ,which it has gone through 2 sets at my own cost. I do not think I will be purchasing any Draper tools in the future.

I purchased a Draper lawnmower approximately 2 years ago. The machine recently failed in that the cutting blade stopped rotating. I merely asked Draper for advice on the likely cause and gave a clear description of the fault. By return email, I wasn’t given advice; instead they asked me to post the lawnmower to them and they would send me a quote to repair. Clearly I don’t want to pay more money after bad, especially as by complying to their request, this is likely to lead to an uneconomic repair. Poor service I thought. Have now had to buy a new lawnmower- not Draper !

The blade on my Draper loppers broke after 10 years of excellent service. As they were a birthday gift 10 years ago, I was keen to get them back in use. I could not find a replacement blade, so I contacted customer services to ask if I could buy them from the company, where Joe was very quick to say he would try to help me. The blade was now obsolete, but as there was one in a customer’s return item, he offered to send it to me free! This is a rare level of service these days and reinforces my view of Draper as an outstanding company. This could not have gone any better.

In a few days time I will have had my Draper Socket set for 50 years. It was a birthday present and still as good as new.

I am an 80 year old duffer who was looking for a spare part for my 30 odd year old bandsaw. James at drapers was so patient and helpful and worked out for me the correct parts excellent service.

James was very friendly and helpful but unfortunately the information given to him from his technical department was incorrect. We searched the internet and finally got details on how to open slide base to allow us to insert screws to fit to top of work base Many wasted hours! Come on Draper improve your instructions and understand not everyone is knowledgeable when it comes to building equipment of this nature
