Please avoid this company bought a 1 year old bmw £52.000 totally deny first service was free had this on agreement then engine warning light came on and phoned not got back to me yet that's 2 days and counting make Arnold Clark look good

Disappointed is an understatement about our recent dealings and ongoing experience with Douglas Park BMW!! Particularly as long standing customers.

We are a young family of three and recently sold our pristine series 4 to this retailer and purchased an X3 which we believed would be far more suitable for our new small family.

All we have experienced from this retailer is very poor customer service and outrageous after care! Once they have your money you are no longer valued!!

To sum it up:
- Nightmare to reach anyone to even discuss an issue
- You will wait at least a week before anyone calls you back that’s if they do as I am still waiting.
- We have only had our car for 1 month and had/have several issues being, wheel balance, interior computer not working, car boot not closing (this is a particular bug barer for me because if you have a small family you know how important it is to have a working car boot) and this was the main reason we purchased a new car!
- We are still waiting for a call back from service manager to even book our car in to be repaired.
- We had enough dealing with our initial sales person who was no longer returning our calls so went direct to manager who was in my opinion rude and just deflected from dealing with issues and pushed us back to customer service to book our car in and guess what we are still waiting for a call back!

BEWARE everything is great until the sale goes through then you are just a number, I for one will not purchase my next car from BMW Douglas Park - Seafield

Booked car in for recalls no issues top service by the team. Communication was clear and car ready when agreed. Courtesy car provided was excellent.

Arranged to buy a used car from 400m away. Arrived on Saturday was collected from the airport. Service was friendly, considerate and efficient. Greatly appreciated. A sincere thank you to Ross and Ryan who were a pleasure to deal with in Stirling. caught the weather window (avoided snow and ice by 1 hr) and drove 300m south the same day, holed up over night then a further 300 2 days later across the country avoiding the next incoming weather. Without their prep and quick turnaround this would not have been possible.

Just a disgusting branch! Sean Mcg#### is a bully and the garage ruined my 330d, I've no words on the way I was treated, still waiting on the ombdusman for resolution, avoid at all costs people trust me!

We just bought a BMW 1 series from parks of Hamilton with Adrain, he was incredible from start to finish, explained everything so well, talked through options and there was never any hard sell. Easiest car sale we’ve had and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Adrian thank you, really appreciate all your assistance. They had my car for a month even though they were authorised 4hr for a diagnosis, and this was for a fault they should have fixed 2yrs earlier, Absolutely useless!got it back and after a couple of miles the engine managment light on and guess what.... nothing to do with us sir

What a load of clowns that run this branch at KYLE STREET Glasgow, BMW honestly sent them back to the training school for people skills, the manager treated me like a bit of muck on his 🥾. There knowledge of your product BMW is very poor and with incompetent and very immature staff

Bought 320d tourer 2021 had the car less than 4hrs ,drove from Stirling to Glasgow engine management light came on, I took the car back to a Douglas Park service garage in Glasgow where the management light was a exgaust sensor fault since the car had been sitting a long time,seems to be a common fault which I was informed by the service manager, they put a new sensor on the car but after just buying the car that day and sitting for 2hrs in a garage the new smell of a new car has left a sour taste, can the garage know if it develops a fault for sitting to long who knows. I have bought new cars from Douglas Park before with no issues, would I go back probably not after this experience

I recently had my car in for two recalls at Douglas Park hillington branch it was for two airbags and a egr cooler so the dashboard was removed for the passenger side airbag when I got the car back at first I did not see the damage as it was on the passenger side trim when I complained I was told to bring the car back the reception staff had me sit for about 15mins then asked to see the damage then pictures were taken and after another wait the reception staff came back and denied they were responsible for the damage but would call me back no one did I had to call them 3 times and each time I was told I would be called back no call back and also the video of the car before work was carried out has disappeared I complained to Douglas park head office and was called back and they still denied the damage was down to them and I was told to take it up with bmw uk I was also told they don’t see the car very often in other words we don’t make much money from you what a way to treat a customer no wonder they don’t get return customers shocking way to run a prestige dealership they should have there franchise removed from them SHOCKING STAY WELL CLEAR !!!!!!

Shocking service from the Stirling dealership, won't return your calls, fob you off with every excuse under the sun, totally changed my view on owning a BMW and don't think about using / contacting `bmw customer services as they are just as bad if not worse.
Shame you cannot give a minus rating as that would be more appropriate.

If I could give dealership zero stars I would. Want to warn others not to trust this dealership when placing any new car orders. Place order for new car February 24, agreed costs, paid deposit, advised car would be delivered June 24. Visited dealership in June after many attempts to get an update with regards delivery failed via email or by phone failed. Shocked to be told not only was delivery delayed until October but car had increased in cost as had finance rates and despite having signed agreement and paid deposit I was being expected to cover. Never in all my years of buying new cars have I experienced such poor customer service, BMW complaint service if no help as complaint investigated by person whom I raised complaint against. Would not recommend or trust this dealership

A run from Oban to Hillington today as a couple of sensors needed replacing. As always the service was superb! Friendly, obliging and going that extra mile to help with a lift as no courtesy car available. A special shout out to Norman and Neil. Thank you

Here we go arranged with salesman Ross to get a BMW 3 series from Stirling to Hamilton as my wife was in a serious car crash last Sunday which her own bmw was written off, well lasts start remember my wife is on crutches and finds it difficult to walk, we were told to be in Hamilton branch for 11- 11.30 do we did Ross appeared fixing his clothes trying to get his tie on, stating I didn’t gave time to get the car for you I will try and get it for Monday, maybe his phone wasn’t working yesterday remember I did offer to come in later on Sunday when phoning on Saturday but was told he was to busy in the afternoon, anyway he did offer to show us a car they have in stock at Hamilton he stated it’s red and more expensive why the hell would you buy a car that you haven’t seen, but we will show you another and you can buy the one you haven’t seen what kind of staff are Douglas park employing, I don’t expect an answer from Douglas Park as we are on a budget and not spending 20 or 30 thousand.

Purchased car from Douglas Park Stirling on 21/01/2024, was mis-sold car as 'perfect condition minus the odd tiny stone chip' from the salesman at the time Briann Quin who coincedentally had left the business when I called and complained. Collection day, the car was outside in horrendous rain (which I now believe was purposely done) so all blemishes, chips (deep big chips not 'tiny' ones) and damage were well hidden but from glancing over everything looked OK. However, when I come to clean the car 10 or so days after purchase all was exposed. Long story short DP Stirling were not willing to help at all. After weeks and weeks of complaints and ringing Parks UK, they had the audacity to offer to buy the car back off me for £5000 less than I paid!!! In the end I managed to get £200 out of them towards a front bumper respray however, every single panel has some sort of damage that has been poorly SMART repaired and will require a re-spray if I want it sorted. Even the rear window sealant has significant damage that needs changed. Be careful! I thought I was in good trustworthy hands buying from a mainline BMW dealership but I could not of had a worse experience. Expensive lesson learnt! Stick to your well known approved specialist dealers.

Yet again great service from Douglas Park Pinkston Road Glasgow.

I had reported steering and seat vibration at certain speeds in my 5 series touring. Most likely caused by the condition of our terrible roads however I wasn't sure and wanted it confirmed by the main BMW dealer.

When the report came back I had two bulges in my front passenger tire I wasn't really surprised.

I fully expected the investigative work wouldn't be covered under warranty and that I'd be paying for labour and potential repairs.

So imagine my utter surprise when I was told there would be no charge. I didn't ask for a freebie It was volunteered. I don't work for Doulgas Park either.

Thank you to Blair and Jack for their assistance over the last day or so and keeping me informed of the progress.

Whilst I still need a new tire this has reduced what would've been a very expensive weekend to just slightly expensive.

I'd also like to add this isn't the first time Douglas Park has helped out with costs for one of my cars. So thanks again. I'll continue to use and recommend you for all things BMW.

Looking for a new car either an X5 or GLE - from merc.

Dropped by Stirling Douglas Park dealership and asked if I could have an X5 opened up to look around as there were none in the showroom - "Of course!" from reception.
30 minutes later I gave up and left having stood around.
tried a different approach - Booked a test drive of the X5 - arrived 15 minutes early , advised reception and waited 25 minutes , nothing from none of the staff - left again.

I think its much better to see a dealership in action when looking for business to have a feel for how they will behave on after sales etc.

Douglas Park isnt it.

Tomas McIntyre and Claire Deans we’re outstanding, the deal, the car, the service, untouchable, I’m so happy with my new car, Tomas and and I got talking, he used to work for Audi, their loss, Claire overseen my deal, which to be fair was a challenge once I explained my expectations, smashed it out the park, I will not go anywhere else in future before giving Douglas Park BMW the opportunity to build me a deal. I really am so delighted with my new BMW, thanks Clare and Tomas.
