Efficient company
I ordered two pillowcases from Dotmaison and they arrived quickly and well packed. I decided to return one and my refund was issued promptly through PayPal. I would be very happy to deal with this company again

Thank you for your review and we are very sorry you find our postal charges to be excessive. You opted for standard delivery via Royal Mail for your order which is charged at £3.50. Your delivery was made within 48 hours of despatch. This service costs us more than the £3.50 which we charge, and for orders over £50 we subsidise the cost 100%. Unfortunately for smaller orders we cannot subsidise the cost further and we feel that the tracking, which constitutes part of the cost, is very important to protect both our customers and ourselves. We also regularly benchmark our charges against our competitors to ensure we remain competitive. We do however value your feedback and we will ensure this is passed to the relevant personnel.
