Consistent and competent
We have used Domex for several repairs of different appliances in the last few months, and we have had a consistently good experience. Communication, booking, and invoicing is very transparent and pricing feels competitive. Services themselves are equally good and resolve our issues every time. Excellent service on our Siemens dishwasher from start to finish, and so good to know the charges in advance and to have a live update of the engineer's arrival time. Extremely pleasant and careful engineer who explained the problem to me, and fortunately had the part on board the van, so the job was done quickly and efficiently.

Successful resolution of a very unusual fault.
The service engineer was polite, friendly and thorough. He traced the intermittent fault on our dishwasher not to the machine itself but to the drawer of an adjacent unit occasionally pressing against the hard wired power supply and switching off the power - not an easy fault to diagnose.
