Very knowledgeable & came with the spares to repair a 15 year old appliance. Repair completed within 30 mins.

Great repair service
Great repair service. Domex were recommended by LG for our out of warranty washer/dryer. Clear and transparent pricing, very informative and good communication. the engineer, Soheib, was polite, called when he was around 10 mins away, very skilled, informative, and had the job done in no time. Will definitely use again when an appliance fails and will recommend to others. Great to see a company that have it together!

Cannot fault this company - I had had many fruitless conversations with other companies Id tried ( including the manufacturing company of my gas hob who shall remain nameless) . Domex picked up the phone towards the end of their working day -and no BOT or pushing numbers- clear concise information on cost and the date for the repair- I even got an opportunity to bring the repair forward but couldnt actually make that work - they have links to on line which actually work and are clear - NO upfront cost - all paid after the job was done - engineer called before hand I am SO impressed. good old fashioned values from this company with the modern on line etc element to support it rather than the other way round when you cannot actually speak to a human !! would not hesitate in recommending.

Arrived on time, very polite, explained the process of installation of the stacking kit and Tumble dryer, very tidy and professional. I would use Domex again without question as it provides great customer service.

Very good response to broken down fridge freezer. booked Sunday on-line with D & G . DOMEX engineer arrived next day 15:00. Highly recommend Domex. It was my first time booking with them, and I am extremely happy with the super easy booking, transparent rates, and fast assistance.
