Communication is very good. The company emailed a reminder of the date for my boiler service and the engineer telephoned on the day to advise time of arrival.
Customer service very good. I needed to change my boiler cover plan and this was done easily and instantly.

Waste of time had for 2 months called…
Waste of time had for 2 months called for toilet push button not working said it’s not an emergency so not covered emergency cover only. Still don’t know what they class as emergency then said I can’t cancel as I’m on contract absolute fraud.
