The wig i received is different from the wig advertised

I was so hesitant to buy a wig because all previous wigs bought elsewhere have been horrible. I can honestly say, the wig I received from Dollyluxuryhair is the best thing I’ve ever spent my money on. It’s beautiful, looks so real and takes me just 2 minutes to fit on. So there’s no sitting around for hours trying to ‘hide’ the wig, it genuinely doesn’t look like a wig. I now have the dream hair I’ve wanted since forever, and it means a lot to me seeing as my own hair is very unhealthy and has fallen out due to stress and illness. Thank you so much for my wig, I’ll be ordering another soon with no doubt

I bought a 130% density silver grey blond 12” 13x4 lace front wig, and I have to say it was quite disappointing for the price. The top of the wig is so thin that any movement reveals the tracks. The stretched out hair measures barely 11” and is so frayed and frazzled at the ends that I had to trim it even shorter. The hair quality does not seem very good, maybe because of the hair dye used to get the silver grey colour, so the hair gets matted super quick. One day of wear and it needs to be seriously restyled because it’s knotty and frizzy and very obviously a wig (which is not what I was going for). The colour at first was very purple, but this faded a little with a wash. I ordered a 22” small cap but it is still bulgy and weird in spots. The only redeeming feature is the hair line and lace which did not require any bleaching or plucking to look natural. However, I have found much better quality hair for less cost on other sites, and so probably would not want to risk spending $400 again on such a thin, sad looking wig. I also emailed customer service immediately after receiving the wig and got no response. I was only giving the option of reviewing the wig a month after receiving it. Very disappointed and feeling ripped off.

I waited almost 2 months for my unit to be delivered. After 1 month I contacted the seller and received no response. I then had to report an issue with Klarna as I was paying for something I had not received and the seller was unresponsive. The unit finally arrived after 2 months, and the seller was only interested in responding when I informed them I was opening a case. I didn't receive an explanation or an apology. I paid for a 26", 13x6 180% unit. While the length and wig cap are true to what I paid for, the density is much closer to somewhere between 130-150%. It is unbearably thin in certain patches and the wefts are visible at the back. I have purchased 180% units from this seller before, which were MUCH thicker than my most recent one is. The unit is also supposed to be golden brown with bleached knots, and while this is mostly true the knots are a weird ginger colour?? In the light it literally looks like a ginger wig, not a brunette one. I've purchased 3 wigs from this seller and this will be my last one. It just isn't worth the waiting time or money you pay.

The wig was decent! I was a little disappointed that the dye got on the lace but happens I guess plus I planned on having bangs anyway. I was a bit disappointed that they didn't offer some kind of refund (or at least partial refund for the lace) for the mistake. I should have also asked so I am not too upset about it. I'll order here again.

Ordered a wig a lace front wig a little while ago. It was claimed to be "luxury" but i feel that it was overprocessed and dry when i requested a customised wig. An eyewatering £400 all together. I thought i was getting a really glam wig like in the pictures... i did not. I still think i could have gotten 3 human hair wigs from alixpress for that price that still have a healthy feel to the hair. My wig felt really dry. I requested a certain warm brown shade for my wig, and i was sent a very ashy wig that was thin despite 150 density. Its "okay" quality but for the price i paid, i dont think it was worth it. Edited to reply: my order was after april 2020 and was still bad. I've sold the wig on since then and i didnt get anywhere near the price i originally paid because it was overprocessed.

It's amazing that suddenly they have great reviews....a tad fishy to say the least.
Also, they did NOT offer to do anything as they suggested...ie a colour change etc as they responded to my review, Happy to share their response to Confirm this.
Poor product, poor price.

This is my second purchase from Dollyluxuryhair. The hair quality is absolutely brilliant. I've been wearing it everyday and sleeping in it since March and it is September now and is still quite good condition. I will be purchasing another soon :)

Great store , my wig came in time ( got to give them time to make it ) the colour was a little darker than the photo but I didn’t expect it to be identical:) few washes and the toner lightened up a bit so am happy 😊 the ends needed some TLC and some conditioning ( I leave them out of the curling iron to prevent more heat damage)
Very happy overall ! Would buy again ... just hope prices don’t increase because that was one of the major reasons I went to this seller so hopefully they stay the same .
Could never go back to synthetic wigs now

I ordered a pink human hair wig and I love it! I have alopecia and gave been wearing wigs for about two years now and the one I ordered from Dollyluxuryhair has by far been my favorite. I will definitely order from here again.

Hair is nice and thick and recommend going for the upgrade all lace cap. My only complaint is that there are so few pictures of the wigs to help make a good decision.
