Avoid this company at all costs. I bought a pet carrier because it claims to take the weight off your shoulders, but with my 7.5kg dog, it did the exact opposite and caused severe shoulder strain. The design simply does not work as advertised. When I returned it, the customer service was appalling. I was hit with an unauthorized £15 "cleaning fee" for minor stray hairs and crumbs from a standard indoor fitting. It is impossible to test a dog carrier without putting a dog inside it. To top it off, they claimed to have photo evidence of "damage" but completely failed to attach any photos when challenged, and then went completely silent, ignoring multiple chase emails. Looking closely at their feedback online, this is a systematic pattern of behavior. This business regularly signs for tracked returns and then completely ghosts customer emails, illegally keeping both the products and the money. They routinely invent "damage" or "stains" without providing a single shred of photographic proof, hiding behind a "small business" excuse to scam buyers. Multiple other customers have flagged terrible product durability, items splitting or fraying within a week (posing serious safety risks to pets), and botched sizing—only for the owner to be aggressively snappy, hang up on phone calls, or make up absurd lies to avoid accountability.I had to formally dispute the transaction through Monzo to claw my money back from them. They are running a predatory operation. Save your money, your shoulders, and your time—shop elsewhere.

The reason I gave it 4 stars is the packaging was nothing. Literally in a bag no padding or protection. I’m glad it was ok when it arrived but it would have been safer if it was packed a little better . The quality tho is amazing the style of the bag is by far better than any I’ve seen. I will get use out of it for sure. Great design and quality material.

My Cavalier loves his Dogsnug. A great accessory to take along when it gets super busy in town or for a bus ride.

Absolutely fantastic carrier and perfect for my standard dachshund. Always struggled to find a carrier for him as he such a long boy but the XL is absolutely perfect and makes carrying him such a breeze. No need to worry about his back and he fits perfectly, no squeezing in and snuggled down in minutes

The drawstring on the bag is very loose and it keeps releasing.
Some of the stitching had unraveled.
For nearly £150 I am disappointed with the quality.

Having a DogSnug just made it easier to navigate with busy towns/streets when there's already alot of dog owners/walkers & it massively came in handy when we were hiking in the Peaks when coming back down & Winnie was able to rest rather than further tire herself

As you say the solid base does a really good job supporting my puppies long body!
The wide shoulder strap distributes the weight comfortably.

Feels nice, my mini dachshund seems to like it doesn’t try and jump out or wriggle about, and the over body straps are very comfortable

The bag is great very supportive and comfortable my dog loves it . Shame it only has one pocket would of liked more compartments

Efficient service and great product.

The Dogsnug bag arrived very quickly (UK to Australia). I chose the Dachshund Long Base - my dog is a miniature dachshund. Her back is approximately 43cm long and she weighs around 5.1kg. The bag does fit her, however she's the maximum size for it. If your dachshund is any longer you'd probably want the XLong Base. The dog seems to enjoy being in the bag and it was very stretchy and comfortable carrying it cross-body - the straps are beautifully padded. It is very hard to find a shoulder-strap bag that actually fits a dachshunds, so I was delighted to find this one.

Great quality products, I bought a running harness plus a night and rain fleece jumper. They arrived in Australia in record time, only one day longer than something I ordered within Australia.
I made an error with the size of the running harness I ordered and the Dogsnug team have been very helpful sorting it out. Very fast responses to my queries.

Lovely cosy bag for my puppy - he loved it straight away. Cross body it’s easy and comfortable for me to carry too.

Good quality product, XL, extra sturdy base for my substantial mini dachshund, 6.5kg, so the crossover strap gives a more comfortable experience for both of us.
