Thanks for the feedback. However, we're an independent website based in California that does handle ID cards. And generally all states require ID applications to be submitted in person for security reasons. Regardless, the DMV in MS goes under the letters DPS. Personally your program is a rip off!!
Personally your program is a rip off!!! I paid for a single one time use and you charged me for a years membership. Then when I entered the I formation I was looking for you wanted another fee to tell me what you found. So personally your program sucks and I will warn other people to not use it.

Apologies, but you may be mistaking us for a different website. As is we're a DMV how-to website that does not charge fees. Nor do we have access to DMV databases to provide any type of driver or vehicle information. If you can share more specific information we can perhaps direct you to the culprit.

I went in from out of state and was treated just like everyone else was. She told me what I needed to bring in and I went in a 2nd time still forgetting something. The 3rd time I made sure I took everything and was out in minutes. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend her any day.

This is not a state government website
This is not a state government website. I had a customer yesterday come in to our county office to pick up her tag that she registered her new car. I proceeded to tell her you can't register a new car online. We've also had customers try to renew drivers license on this website. Please read the fine print. This is not a state government office...it's a third party company that finds ways to take your money. Make sure you call your local license or DMV office if you need to renew cars, register cars, or drivers license

Thanks for the feedback. And you're correct - we're not a state government website, which we specifically state in large text at the top of each page. But we do not handle license, ID card, title or registration applications. Nor do we accept online credit card payments. There are separate third-party registration company's on some of our state sites that work directly through state DMVs. But otherwise nowhere on our website do we offer license or ID card services. Be aware we are mistaken almost hourly for a different website that makes these claims (it's fingerprints are two distinct fees) and delivers nothing.

I went today to get my license renewal because I am six months out and I wanted the Real ID. On my birth certificate I am missing an "I" from my middle name. However the DMV website states and I quote "If your middle name or middle initial begins with the same letter, but are not spelled out or displayed on your documents. Your documents may be accepted." Yet Ms. Toller turned me away because my middle name on my birth certificate document is Lavonea and my SS Card it's spelled Lavoniea which is the correct spelling.

The website was confusing to navigate, there are two ways in which to fill out the learners permit application. I received two error messages and was unsure if the application went through. There was no indication that I had completed the application successfully. I did receive an email later confirming the application.
