Horrible experience
Horrible experience. DMV website needs a lot of work. Clicking on certain tabs, the site freezes. Very hard to navigate. I am fairly intelligent and I can’t imagine using this site if I were less intelligent. Needs lots of work!

The test questions for a drivers permit…
The test questions for a drivers permit should be revised. A lot of them are irrelevant for example if you live in a part of the country where it does not snow. Some of the questions are worded in such a way that it is very difficult to discern what they are asking. They should focus more on core issues and less on the trick questions.

Once I gathered all proper documentation this process was an ease! Next step Walking into my local branch. Looks like I saved some time, I sure hope I walk in and walk out cause really everything is already done just needs to be verified
