The waiting wasn't bad but there needs to be better notice of the documents needed for an enhanced license like a marriage certificate. I would never have brought that with me. Also, people born in the 60's and 70's have an old type of birth certificate that doesn't always have the raised crest on it. You should make exceptions for certain ages or years born. It's not fair to wait all that time, get up to a window only to have your documents rejected as not good enough. It's ridiculous. These are original and should be deemed good to use. Change up the policies to be a bit more lenient on your citizens!!!

The Online Document Was Quite Useful
The online document was quite useful. The only minor issues were: 1) the second field in 'height' would accept no entry and defaulted to the height in the first ('feet') field; and 2) the signature and 'agency use only' portion (only) of the second page of the form 'shadow-printed' double lines.

I thought the test was excellent and…
I thought the test was excellent and hopefully it will help with the "real" test. However, I do wish there were more questions and/or more FREE tests to take. Since we are already paying to get our license, yearly license plate fees, registration fees, etc., I would think the DMV can afford to offer at least 2-3 tests without charging for them.

I’ve lived in Lots Of states NH DMV was the best!!
I’ve lived in NJ, ID, NY, KY, MA, FL & NH. NH, and FL as a close second we’re the best states to deal with the DMV. CT and NY were horrible!!
