RS Components Denmark Omdömen 

Used RS from the days of an A5 catalogue in 1972 (then called Radiospares). An indispensable source of components for repair and design work.
Seen the company change from a "sniffy" business company only supplier with only RS branded goods to a supply all customers, all branded and totally free (UK) online delivery. The delivery service is second to none.
There has been a huge upsurge in "makers" and interest in electronics in the last decade and RS have realised that if you treat your "makers" right, you may have a global customer in the future. In a global marketplace of counterfeited components, the RS name is reassurance of genuine items which matters more than price.

Overall very very good... Hit and miss on pricing... some things great value, others clearly too expensive... But the service, technical information online and availability is second to none in the UK

This is a stand out company. I have ordered many times. The quality and speed of delivery has always been first class. But what makes a business great is the response when something does not go right (and, lets face it, when dealing with thousands of components and deliveries there is bound to be the odd fallout). Recently I had an item that failed. Went on to a chat session, had a really pleasant chat with an agent and they quickly arranged a replacement at zero cost. The replacement arrived next day! Fantastic to deal with in all ways. Long may they continue with this service level and prosper.

J'ai passé une commande le 18/10/2017 et payé par carte bancaire (prélevé le 19).
Sur mon compte je ne retrouvais pas ma commande et donc pas de livraison, 8 jours plus tard, j'ai fais une réclamation par mail, pas de réponse au bout d'une semaine donc je téléphone pour expliquer la situation et une semaine plus tard toujours pas de réponse. Je réclame une seconde fois par mail et toujours pas de réponse. j'ai donc envoyé le 16/11/2017 un courrier au PDG de RS Components et miracle 2 jours plus tard j'ai été livré mais pas un mot d'explication et d'excuse .
Moralité: service client pour les particuliers inexistant ou incompétent et pas d'autre contact possible que par mail et il vaut mieux s'adresser à " DIEU" qu'à ses "SAINTS" .

The items I ordered were quality, branded components, clearly and accurately described, at the lowest price I could find anywhere and delivered the next day free of charge!

Brilliant service - couldn't ask for more.

Had to contact them to cancel an order as after nine days the 'next day delivery' still hadn't arrived or even left their warehouse yet. Also don't call their customer services number from a mobile as it will charge you to ring it. I'm not sure if it charges from a landline but it's left me with a sour taste and will probably avoid using them again if I can help it.

I ordered a nail gun and some nails, both showing as in stock ready for next day delivery.

The nails arrived on day 3, the nail gun took a full week.

Moreover, the nail gun came with an EU plug. This was not mentioned in the description. I expected an item ordered from a UK company, shipped to a UK address to have a UK plug. (To be fair, when I checked again, the EU plug does show on one of the pics, but should be mentioned clearly in the description.)

Absolutely excellent service. Bought 4 small lighting items.Free next day recorded delivery. One had a grub screw missing. Replacement arrived next day recorded delivery. Cant fault service like that.

Mais là, je reviens dessus. Je les ai appelé via la plateforme professionnelle. J'ai tout de suite été pris en charge.
On s'occupe de mon cas, et ce sont de vrais gens sympas que j'ai au bout du fil, qui se plient en 4 pour ma petite commande.

Bref, une fois qu'on a un canal de communication, tout s'arrange!

J'ai commandé un ensemble raspberry. j'ai été débité en une seule fois. Au bout de 4 jours, je n'ai reçu que la moitié de ma commande.

Je n'ai toujours pas reçu le reste une semaine après. Pas de relation client, pas de réponse aux mails, pas de suivi de colis.
Bref, on peut se tromper, mais il ne faut pas nous prendre pour des gloglo.

Entreprise qui manque de sérieux, commande debité sur le compte, livraison pas effectué au bout de 2mois, impossible de les joindre au téléphone, et ne réponde pas au mail

I love this company. HUGE selection, plenty of stock, and their free delivery is amazing. I honestly dont know how they manage to deliver things so fast half them time, Even on Saturdays. Thank you RS!

Goods did not arrive. I checked the postal tracking system the parcel had been returned to depot 3 times due to wrong address. I checked my email order confirmation and it stated my correct address so it was not fault. I rang RS Components and told them I had finished the job without the goods and asked for a refund. I was told my money would be refunded. I now can only presume RS Comp had no intention of giving me a refund because about a week after that phone call the goods arrived with the correct address and I did not get a refund. I will not order from them again. The goods were white scouring pads.

Shocking service, let me down on a vital delivery after i called and checked it was in stock. Will never order here again, very disappointing

Useless company can't deliver even a simple component in a week and half.

Two products order, one missing from the box!
Very bad experience!

I ordered three odd -sized batteries at 17.00 that I needed urgently - total cost under £4 - they arrived early the next morning by Parcel Post next day service in an extremely well packaged parcel. Frankly I was stunned at the quality of service for such a small order.
Outstanding - will certainly look at the RS Online website for future needs.

Ordered a product which was to be delivered within a week. Got an email that they do not have it in stock, and that it will be handled a month later. After 2 months they told me that the product is no longer available, and that there are no substitutes (which was not true). After explaining that there are indeed obvious substitutes (the very same parts, actually) which could have been added to my order, I was told to make a new order. Very poor customer service, will not shop again.

Have ordered goods on many occasions, and never been let down
